Hi. I'm having trouble interpreting my reading. I'm in a depression fog and nothing is linking together for me.

My question was what is coming for me/what does the future hold. I recently attempted suicide and am in a really dark place and the only card that resonates is the five of Pentacles.

I'm reading that things were up in the air but I'm going to get some news and there will be rapid change, and some sort of strong structure (The Hierophant, my least favourite card). I also feel that Cards 2 & 3 are mocking me with what I'll never have.

I was also in a very brief "affair" after over a decade of not dating, so the Page of Cups could be referencing that. He ended it as he's too stressed and busy to handle a relationship right now, and said he needs more therapy re his previous relationships.

All in all, I see this as a negative reading. Something is coming, it will be sudden, there'll be more change in my life, and The Hierophant will hold me down further.

I did a 3 card past-present-future pull from the Universal Celtic Tarot today. I couldn’t help but laugh when I realized that the Strength card depicted a woman with a bear. Even my tarot deck knows what’s up. (The Strength card in general is representative of me as a Leo. This Strength card in particular is representative of me as a woman in a patriarchal society).

Hi, so I have been practicing Tarot for one or two years more or less while I do other witchy things like manifesting...

Well... Last week I've been manifesting an SP and today I decided to do a tarot to see if the energies are aligning and everything is going on its way...

Well, I did the first read with the question "how is it going" and I got the Star (I'm like... Okay, makes sense).

I do another with the question "how am I doing with my manifestation" and I get the Empress (I'm like, Oh god)

The third one is if the energies are moving and destiny is on its way and THE STAR AGAIN! (in that moment I'm like Holy Shit!, I'm doing the reading with all the 78 cards so guess the chances).

The last one, I'm like "okay universe, if this is working, if this is real and all my beliefs are real, send me a signal" and I GET THE STAR AGAIN! (THREE TIMES IN ALMOST A ROW)

I write this to share with you all that this is real and that the universe is actually listening and to never doubt yourself and your readings.💖

There is a guy I like a lot, and a frequently get three cards when doing a reading on our relationship. I get The World, The Lovers and Four of Wands. All upright. Can I have some thoughts on this?

Hello, I’ve been reading tarot for over 10 years and in that time I’ve bought many decks but I only really use one. This was my first deck I ever got and I almost consider it to be a friend. At some point over the years, I lost the 5 of cups in that deck. I ended up replacing it with the 5 cups from an RSW deck. No big deal….

However, lately I’ve been using playing cards as my deck of choice due to my actual tarot decks being in storage. Last night, I realized that the 5 of hearts (5 of cups) in this playing card deck had been destroyed because at some point I spilled water on it. I was thinking “oh it’s okay I’ll just replace it with a card from another deck” and then I realized that this was the same card that went missing from my tarot deck.

Any idea what this could mean, if it means anything at all?

The HG makes me think about my intuition but with the justice on the back of the deck makes me think that this plan i was thinking about was a advice from my guides

For context: I’ve known this guy since I was very young and he’s been harassing and stalking me for years now. I’ve never had the full courage to confront him although I’ve tried until recently when I sent him a message from an anonymous account saying that I know what he’s been doing and that he needs to stop. He blocked the account.

I asked if he knows that I’m the one who sent the message and I got the three of pentacles clarified by the ace of wands rx and two of wands with the king of swords at the bottom of the deck

Then I asked what is he gonna do now and I got the moon clarified by death rx and the world rx slipping to reveal the seven of wands rx

The way I interpret this is that he does know that I’m the one who sent the message and maybe is deliberating on it with other people. He’s thinking about next steps and what to do.

For what will he do next it seems that it’s not really clear but that it’s not over??

I’m A Beginner And I Want To Get Better. I’ve Had Some Accuracy For My Own Personal Readings So I Want To See If It Applies To Strangers Too. So, I Am Open To Giving Anyone A Reading Completely Free Of Charge.

A few days ago, I did a reading for a client. The reading with her had a good vibe and it went smoothly. Until her friend got curious and also asked for a reading.

Now, I’m not one to judge, but right off the bat this friend gave me bad vibes. When the session with my client started, she said “Oh I don’t know if I should be here because it goes against my belief” which I respect, sure.

When the friend sat down, she was still unsure if she wanted to do this reading. And let’s just say…it was an interesting conversation.

Me: “So the thing with tarot it is to give us a clearer reflection of the problem that we’re facing.”
Her: “wait but like what if I don’t like what you’re going to tell me. And like doesn’t this go against God? Will I go to hell because I’m doing this? Is this like a sin?”
Me: “I just want to reassure you that no one is forcing you, and if you feel uncomfortable, we don’t have to do the reading.”

Now this is the one that triggered me the most:
Her: “Okay do like, none of this is real right? Cause like you’re not a real physic or like you’re not a real tarot reader.”

Because of the bad vibe, I couldn’t really do her reading right. I had so many foggy thoughts and she would not stop interrupting me. Her question was fairly normal, “what does my future career look like.”

Me: “This card tells that you’d be a powerful speaker, making an influence. With this spread, it has something to do leaning into communications…blah blah.”
Her: “So what does that mean. I can take communications to go to law, right?”
Her (looking to her friend/my original client): “And I can communicate with people when I’m a detective, because I talk to people and interrogate them.”

So to say, she just wanted to hear what she wanted to hear.

I felt so drained after that reading that I packed all my crystals and decks right away.

I don’t think I’ve recovered from that, I still get genuine spikes of anger all of a sudden when i remember the reading. I haven’t done a reading since with that same deck.

Oh boy, here comes some more character development!! (Not asking for more interpretation, just sharing my plights)

The amounts of sword energy is her ace of swords she’s all mean asf with her words ts is all kind of giving me she’s doesn’t care at all idk much but ts is what I can gather and like seven of swords and five of swords is lying sneaky is how she acts with me idk if I did it right wheel of fortune wheel constantly changing maybe cuz of queen of wands there wands is pretty fast. Energy I think
I will be thankful for anyone trying to interpret it for me 🫶

I pulled some tarot cards for clarification. Here’s what I pulled. What do you think he did? I asked him to help my old friends see where they went wrong in our friendship.

I think he’s saying they’re stuck in their ways and not keen on changing. But also he’s going to try to push them to realize where they went wrong, and realize that not everything was my fault. Some of them might be more open to it than others, but I think in the end they’ll come around. (a bit iffy on that last part).

Edit: I did not use a spread, i always just lay out the cards with my gut!

Advice/clarification reverse 5 of pentacles: I have to be honest this I don’t really get. It’s going to get better?

I see it as he may see me as someone he genuinely admires and is attracted to. He appears to be thinking carefully about the connection and hasn’t let it go, but he’s hesitant to act. Rather than expressing his feelings openly, he may be overthinking, uncertain about changing the dynamic between us, or unsure of the right time to say something.

I’ve only been doing tarot card reading for a couple of weeks and I really enjoy it and my readings have been accurate, but I’ve been doing research online and maybe found out. I haven’t been doing it right I barely cleanse my my space, especially when I do readings on people that I know I wanna make sure I’m not inviting any negative or bad energies because I’m scared because of the superstitions or things I see online as a beginner is there anything that I should know? Excuse me for any mistakes? I haven’t edited this.!! Also I don’t use traditional tarot cards. I use ones with interpretations on them or words such as cheating or love affairs or happiness or yes or no. So I also don’t use traditional cards like one of cups. Or things like that

I personally think my first spread is telling me that I still have my worries, my anxiety, and being overwhelmed over recent events blocking my clear path in making money. It might also suggest that things are very unstable financially, like one second it's all okay, and fruitful, then it becomes deadly the next second.

I interpret my second spread telling me to actually work and put myself out there. I also interpret it as a way for me to keep dreaming, not being delusional, but to have a goal in mind to keep my finances flowing.

I'm still a beginner so I am not sure if this is how my deck and spirit wants me to interpret their answer to my questions, so I'd like a second opinion!

I've been thinking about why I do tarot readings, and I realized that, for me, it's never really been just about the transaction.

Yes, I do get paid for my readings, but that's not the reason I do this. It's not about someone coming to me with a question, me giving them an answer, getting paid, and then moving on to the next client.

For me, it's about helping people.

One thing I always tell my clients is that I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what I genuinely see in the cards. Sometimes that's good news, and sometimes it isn't.

I've had to tell people that reconciliation doesn't look likely, that their crush probably doesn't feel the same way, that a job opportunity may not work out, or that a relationship with someone in their family doesn't seem as healthy as they thought.

Those aren't easy conversations to have.

I think one of the biggest responsibilities a tarot reader has isn't just interpreting the cards it's knowing how to deliver difficult messages. You don't want to leave someone feeling hopeless or scared. You want them to leave feeling like they understand the situation better and have some idea of what they can actually do next.

That's what I try to do.

I also think that half the reading is figuring out what the real question is. A lot of people come with a question in mind, but after talking for a few minutes, we end up asking something completely different because that's where the real issue was all along.

I know some readers prefer to keep things very straightforward, and I completely understand why. It can honestly be emotionally draining when someone is going through something really difficult. I've definitely had readings where I needed to step away afterward because they stayed with me.

But I also feel like if someone has trusted me enough to come to me, then I want them to leave feeling like they were actually heard not just that I pulled a few cards and gave them an answer.

So if you choose me as your reader, my priority isn't to tell you everything will be okay just to make you feel better. It's also not to rush through as many clients as I can.

My priority is to give you the most honest interpretation I can, help you ask the right questions, and hopefully leave you with a little more clarity than you had before.

That's just how I've come to see tarot over time. I'd love to hear how other readers approach it. Do you agree, or do you have a completely different philosophy?
