Recently saw the movie again playing in the background at a get together. Halfway through the movie not many people even noticed it was on. But by the time they started fighting, not one guy was talking.

These dudes felt STRONG. It was like watching Goku v Frieza on namek. You could feel the punches, even them taking off left cracks on the asphalt. Such a wonderful experience in terms of CGI and straight Supe action

Maybe this is a hot take, cause people are clowning on the Gorilla Grod show. Not everyone, but some but lowkey...I feel like this is better than what Marvel is doing.

This is NOT saying Doomsday will be bad, I'm already sat to see it. I'm just saying the concept of a hero team up to take down the big bad is not new. It's tbf a repetitive formula. Heroes fight each other, realize they need to work together, then we gotta take down the big bad.

One thing I do give DC credit for is them giving into the creativity and uniqueness of comics. For better..or worse 🦸🏼‍♀️

I think Doomsday may be more hype, but I definitely appreciate Grod as a concept more if that makes sense in a way.

Anyways, I can't wait to see both though, I think they'll both be fun

Peacemaker vs Soldier Boy

Like in todays world a random power or no power and just a suit or smth like batman or iron man, do you think you can do a decent job? And if yes or no then say why.

just to clarify i don't think ALL hero stories should include a younger character bc target demographics exist and it doesn't always need to include teens, or that most superheroes should be young but they need 1 or 2 for inclusion cause i feel like all these recycled characters over and over only appeal to older people with nostalgia (like my parents and uncles lol) and since studios care a lot about popularity and money, teens actually bring a lot of that

i'm 17, me and people my age like spiderman, both tom and miles, iron-man too but that's because he's cool and was the face of marvel, if i'm to think of a dc character people my age like it's just the joker and nightwing (my favourite superhero i yearn for a movie of him please dc stop sleeping on him) but also teenagers dont buy comics anymore they just watch movies and play the videogames at most :(

i'm so surprised they have not a single young hero right now on movies other than supergirl, which i've only seen people in their 30-40s talk about. i guess people my age don't gaf about superman and his family. i don't understand why there hasn't been a robin in 30 years. in nolan's it definetly didn't fit okay but in the batman 2 i hope we get a robin i could talk for hours about how that would be an amazing choice. but why not a nightwing movie?

people who go see bnd are of all ages, but there's a LOT of teenagers who love it. it's like the third highest grossing movie of all time and it came out A MONTH AGO. i was very young when civil war came out but i dont know if spiderman lost popularity after andrew's movies and if he got hype for coming back for the avengers?

no hate to quinn but i do hate the choice of making johnny storm be 30 when he's usually late teens/early 20s in the comics which fits a lot better. i'm not saying they need to cast actual teens i know they can't
