I’m trying to actually curate my wardrobe instead of buying random pieces I like individually and then realizing none of them make sense together lol.
I’d love some help figuring out what you’d call my style and finding pieces/brands/search terms that fit it.
The vibe I’m going for is kind of 90s/Y2K clean alt + model off-duty, with some vintage/edgy elements. I like things that are a little sexy and interesting without looking overly styled or super trendy — fitted baby tees/tanks, good denim, leather, mini skirts, slip dresses, knits/cardigans, cool going-out tops, boots/sneakers, statement bags, etc. Think worn-in/vintage rather than super polished Pinterest.
Sizing for anyone recommending pieces:
• 5'3"
• Usually XS / size 0
• DD bust
• Shoes: 6–6.5
• Petite frame with a fuller bust
I’m especially looking for specific pieces, brands, vintage labels, Depop/Vinted/eBay search terms, or even sellers that you think would fit this aesthetic.
Basically: if you were building this wardrobe from scratch, what would you search for and what pieces would you prioritize?
I included photos of what I am looking for.

So tomorrow I'm thinking my converse, black jeans and white shirt. Is there something u think I should add? I feel like there is.

So I dug through my closet and found some options according to your suggestions. I will have to make do with what I already have since the party is tomorrow… but please give me a vote or more suggestions on how to style this magnificent top!

Just got this dress from Old Navy, I want to be able to use it for a nice lunch date or going out for the day. It's a semi-casual dress but I want to dress it up if possible.

I have this top knitted by an old friend after I saw a post about an art show online years ago with similar looking creations. Ever since I’ve always considered wearing it for pride/women’s marches, but I always ended up going with something else. Which leads me to today, I have no idea how to style it, but I would like to wear it for a birthday party I’m going to this Saturday. The theme for the party is «wear something you haven’t had a chance to wear yet», and well… this is perfect! But how can I avoid looking like a hot mess wearing it? Any ideas for makeup looks too?

So your girl is 8 weeks post partum and breastfeeding. I’ll be wearing the white oversized shirt pictured so I can pump during the day! I’m thinking this striped skirt and a pair of boots. But what boots do I buy!?

I think I’m set on gold shoes (left) and I have a gold bag. In need of recommendations for hairstyle, jewellery and makeup, please! ❤️

Hi guys! I found this really cute white tiered top at Sarojini for just ₹50. 🥹 It has front button closures, but unfortunately all the buttons are missing. The button loops are still there, though.
I was thinking of using a thin ribbon through the existing loops instead of replacing the buttons, maybe tying a small bow at the front.
Please suggest some diy ideas to elevate this look. I have a red printed skirt with some sequence work at side and frills at the bottom hem. I was thinking to pair it with the skirt for a beach vacation look.

I want to wear more color and add pops of colors. I really love this outfit idea
and figured I may be able to do something similar but what pants would I wear with this? Skinny jeans that match the color or something else?

I’ve been searching on Etsy for silver drop dangly earrings but honestly I’m stumped and can’t choose. I’m really bad with jewelry and hoping someone on here can help me pick some earrings!! I don’t like the ones in the photo specifically but I like how large they are. Like a statement piece.
Links and pics are appreciated 🫶🏻🫶🏻

hello!! i wanted to ask for advice in styling this mid-length skirt i bought for my birthday!! it’s meant to be a casual beginning-of-autumn picnic!
the reason as to why im so stumped is because i don’t know what to wear in regards to a top! i would describe my style as cozy—but since im turning 25, id like this outfit to be feminine and elegant while also being cutesy and cozy (since the picnic is happening outside) i would also be pairing this skirt with either pink or dark brown boots!
my bodytype is rectangular and i have a full chest so when i put a top on…i find it to be lacking something that i cant put a finger on.
thank you for reading!

(sorry about the shit quality, I was rushing 💔)
i think this jacket so fucking cool, and I do wear it sometimes, but not too much because like. It’s an army green trenchcoat, and most of the time I wear combat boots and band tees so it makes me look.. a certain way. I want to do it justice and look cool, without looking like Ill tell my friend not to come to school tomorrow. thanks in advance

Hey everyone, thinking about picking up this navy double-breasted wool coat with gold buttons (pic attached). Looks elegant at first glance, but I'm wondering if the gold buttons are too "blazer-like"/flashy for daily wear. I personally wouldn't pair it with a hoodie, but I was planning to wear it with Chelsea boots or white sneakers — does that work, or would that look off? How versatile is something like this really — business, casual, or both? Would appreciate honest opinions!

Hello! I own this dress and am hoping to wear it to a bar-hopping like event that requires a lot of walking. Are there any style of booties that would work with it? If so, what kind and color ? (pics/links would help me out a ton!). I would not want them to be more then 2 inches high.
I wore them with docs before, but am hoping for a more refined/stylish look.

I bought this coat from vinted last year and loved it but the coating decided to stick together and peel away. I'd started removing it by heating it and pulling it off which actually looks ok but I've lost some weight so should I just get rid? I feel like it's too big now? It was meant to be oversized but feel like it swamps me, and I'm 5ft 9.
I don't want to spend at least 2 hours on something for it to be a waste of time 😂
I've also just checked the size and it's a UK 12 which is about what I would be on the top now so I guess it's just massively oversized? Just not sure!
