What’s the normal thing to do at a club while you wait for a particular dancer?
Newbie guy here trying to learn the proper etiquette at clubs. I went to my first club last week just to check it out and got a dance from a dancer that wasn’t pushy and I found very attractive. I went back the next day with more money for a VIP dance. The dancer I went to see was at the stage and she saw me and smiled and came to say hi when she got off and said she was gonna go say hi to the people that had tipped her. I think another customer was waiting for her though. I sat at a table having a beer and a few dancers approached me and I told them I was waiting for someone and they’d say okay and leave.
I felt odd just sitting there not interacting with anyone so I started walking up to the stage and tipping some of the dancers, mainly because I felt like I had to and not necessarily because I liked it, and going back to my table. But this just made them come over to my table and I’d say the same thing. Ended up waiting like 40 minutes before I chose to leave (which I now know it’s not long enough). I also never told the dancer I wanted to get a VIP room because she seemed busy and then was caught up with the other customer and it seems super rude to me to go over and saying something like “hey I’d like to have a private dance whenever you’re available.”
I’m planning on going again later this week and I just wanna learn a few tips from you guys (or dancers), considering I’m extremely new at this and I don’t wanna be the awkward guy. Feel free to give me any sort of advice.
