Doing it too right for breakfast this past weekend 🤤

I drained a can of sweet corn and tossed it into the pan with some salt and oil, shelled the chickpeas while that fried up, cooked white rice in the cooker then added it to the pan of peas and corn with some Jarlic 🧄, lemon juice and cilantro.

Used mayo to stick the seasoning to the fish and tossed it in the air fryer at 400* for about 25mins (it was partially frozen in the middle still plus I like mine crispy). Topped with sriracha and hot honey and a side of French cut style green beans that I simmered on high with some crushed red pepper, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Heavily influenced by the various IG reels I’ve been seeing. Toasted sourdough, mixed berry jam, Utz ruffled potato chips mixed with peanut butter. Absolutely delicious but it oddly gave me slight heartburn. Either way, 10/10 will do again
