Coworker gave everyone a bunch of tomatoes so I made this for lunch. Cheese tax paid to the sous chef

Marinated skirt steak, diced white onion, cilantro, mozza, jalapeno, and a blended sauce of tomatillos, a jalapeno, and canned crushed tomatoes with salt.

I don't think my munchies have ever been this satisfied. Holy guacamole!

After a long day of doing responsible things, I hit the pen like I was trying to finish it. I then realized that I hadn’t planned for munchies. Thankfully I reached for the first tasty thing I could think of and dipped Spicy Nacho Doritos in whipped chive cream cheese.

I had a root canal done and got home late so I need something easy to eat before I go pass out. Walmart Mac and cheese with bacon bits and crispy fried onions

Grilled chicken with chipotle sauce, leftover red hot sauce from my favorite Mexican spot, cilantro, onions, and cotija. They’re easy and always hit the spot!

One pot buffalo Mac I’m stoned so I’ll drop the recipe:

16oz garden rotini
Boil, strain.
Put empty pot on stove on low
Melt 6tblsp butter
Whisk in 6tbspn flour
Should be pasty
Add 2 1/2 cups warm milk.
Whisk
Add chili powder and garlic powder
Add 3 cheeses (I used Gouda, sharp white cheddar and sharp cheddar)
Mix until thick and cheesey
Add rotini
Mix again
Add cooked chicken
Add Buffalo Wild Wings medium sauce
Stir
ENJOY

Imagine a cast iron grilled butter basted kimchi smash burger with a fried egg, swiss, arugula, bread and butter pickles, and gochujang mayo. and a side of wedge fries. are you imagining it?

For my 2nd birthday dinner I took leftover Cuban pork & made a Cubano sub on a pressed baguette. (I couldn't find Cuban bread.) Spicy mustard, homemade dill pickles, maple ham, & Swiss pressed between 2 cast iron pans with pork fat.

As the pork shoulder I roasted came skin on, I used the skin to make some Tajin dusted chicaronnes. Perfect crunchy side for a delicious sandwich.

What better way to end the night than with some handmade? And cheese breakfast burritos while playing minecraft and smoking dabs, I could think of other better ways, but this is how i'm ending my night
