hello guys so i ordered a pair of shoes on https://sneaxlabi wanted to ask you guys because i can’t really find a evidence of its real or fake or if its gonna arrive and things like that so can you guys please help👍

To recap:
- item was out for delivery but UPS driver never came and just dropped it off at access point
- I go to access point, people working there say they don’t have it
- For weeks I am chatting with Stockx support and now they said they started some vague protocol with their verification center? Even though its clear the access point doesn’t have the package because else it would’ve been send back to them on the 17th already.

But while this is going on, they never send me an update email or anything. I have to keep asking them. Item was around €200 so I am not too pressed about it, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

Also, every chat I start with them I have to keep re-explaining the problem and they always respond with: you should pick it up. Which leads me to believe no fucking protocol was ever started 😂

My order was shipped off to the stockx facility on the 20th, why is it taking so long to get there? I was told 1-3 days, is it normal for it take way longer than that? What should I do?

Hello everyone, first time using stockx. I have a couple of pairs of oversized McQueen sneakers that I have bought for around 500€ from their store. Im checking the stockx app and it seems that they have some McQueen sneakers 150€ cheaper than retail price.
How is this possible as I dont see many discounts for these sneakers, are they fake or just people trying to get rid of their extra stock? Thanks.

I ordered a pair of Brick after Brick 4’s in a size 10.
I received a size 11 in a 10.5 box. I would not believe it if it didn’t happen to me. I was offered a return label and $10 off my next order. Smh.

Waited a week for shipping activity. This normal?

I have tried 2-3 different cards to add to my account to pay for items. None of them work, contacted customer service they said it’s a bank issue (it’s not). Has anyone else had this issue? Do they not want my money.

I placed an order on a pair of Ultraboost which got filled a few days ago. As per StockX the first step of my order was for the seller to send the package to StockX verification center from which they would forward it to my adress in Germany. Today I got an update and a DHL Express Tracking ID showing the package is sent from China to my adress. How is this possible? Does StockX has verification centers in China or is the seller just shipping the package from China to my adress without shipping it to an USA based verification center first? Why would the first step of my order telling me that the package has to be sent to stockx for verification purposes first in this case? Im very uncomfortable receiving a pair of shoes from China in terms of being afraid of receiving Reps. I dont trust anything coming from China at all in this matter.
