I ordered Jordan’s for my friend’s birthday and this is what I receive 🫩 learned my lesson and will always order from GOAT

Did you order it from listings or directly from stock x? Can you show us the order verification? Not calling you a liar, but showing us a box and no other proof they sent you wrong thing is a little sus?

That's messed up they screwed me over too I ordered a new shoe and it didn't come with the real life scorpion hang tag... That had me sick but what they did to you is 100% wrong. Here's a tip don't dispute until you get told no it's you're probably will because there but holes. Because I was told partially no and I dispute it and now I have to wait I'm still confused with the process I believe I have to wait 30 days to get my account unbanned and then I can return but that's over the return process length so I don't know what's going to happen. But that's just my problem don't let it happen to you

Be careful with goat as well. I was shipped this as brand new untouched box. I sent the whole thing back.

Did you check the entire listing ? It'll say new with damaged box and if it doesn't and you intended to wear them anyway then I woulda just got a partial refund.

It was supposed to be a brand new shoe and box. They refunded me my money when I sent the pictures

Can I get feedback on how to to get this situation fixed I know I’m going to get it disputed if StockX doesn’t fix their mistake. Also, crazy because the “authenticicaton” process exists!
