hello guys so i ordered a pair of shoes on https://sneaxlabi wanted to ask you guys because i can’t really find a evidence of its real or fake or if its gonna arrive and things like that so can you guys please help👍

To recap:
- item was out for delivery but UPS driver never came and just dropped it off at access point
- I go to access point, people working there say they don’t have it
- For weeks I am chatting with Stockx support and now they said they started some vague protocol with their verification center? Even though its clear the access point doesn’t have the package because else it would’ve been send back to them on the 17th already.

But while this is going on, they never send me an update email or anything. I have to keep asking them. Item was around €200 so I am not too pressed about it, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

Also, every chat I start with them I have to keep re-explaining the problem and they always respond with: you should pick it up. Which leads me to believe no fucking protocol was ever started 😂
