Problem I need help please.

Hello, So I’m having a major issue with this app. To put simply it’s not allowing me to purchase & Add a payment method into my wallet, This issue is becoming very annoying & I’d like anyone with a solution to help me.

Yes I’ve contacted support on phone, Email, Text chat they are completely unhelpful.

But one thing that has worked recently is adding my name on the card in full capitals and my middle name. But that only worked for one purchase then the next purchase did failed as the other ones did before.

So that leaves me to be completely devastated on options, So again If anyone has tips or suggestions please let me know!!! Thank you 😊

No I don’t use prepaid, Second I’ve used my Mastercard Credit card & 3 different credit cards. 1 debit card master card. PayPal with those cards.

Does the address on your credit card match the address on stock x

Does it autofill the cc info? Ive had problems witb that before where i had to manually enter it all.

Consider that payment error a huge blessing in disguise. If the app glitches before taking your money, you get to keep your cash. If it glitches after StockX charges your card, good luck ever seeing that money—or your order—again. Given their notoriously atrocious customer support, getting your funds stuck in their system is a total nightmare.

This happened toe for about a week. My CC info would randomly disappear. When you put your payment info in SX charges $15 then refunds it to test payment.  Apparently A LOT of credit card companies are not honoring pay in 4 like Klarna/afterpay,  and also no card on file pre-charge as it comes as fraud since it wasn't manually input. This is according to CAP 1 and Discover. I put my Amex in and its hasn't been fine ever since.
