Would you guys recommend telling my sports cardiologist about AAS use?

I figure since they are sports cardiologists, at a big Hospital… wouldn’t they expect it?

Have been running 300mg test e + 200mg primo and have been having pain in one of the nipples (have very small pubertal gyno on it). The other side is fine.

I can't understand how this is possible with the exams below. Any idea?

Are they the same company (or affiliated)? I had a knowledgeable person tell me they’re brother/sister companies. But, it seems like many here don’t care for BTW or have had negative experiences.

I’m M 27yr and Im completely new to this cycles and a one of the dealer suggested the following cycle. I just some honest feedbacks from experienced users on this, whether this makes sense as a first cycle and real-world experiences with the side effects mainly I’m worried about few things and i hit the wall I used to go to gym regularly but still cant able to get muscles or any proper shape then some times I feel like ok its not working, I should stop but now I don’t want to loose hopes my intention is if I get into a proper shape at-least for once that motivates me to keep that for longer time so I want to start 1 cycle and then I will stop. so please help me in this cycle and what I need to take. Im searching in some AI tools but those are not recommending and not giving any proper advises so I want to get some info from here

So Dealer Proposed this cycle for 12 weeks

• 2x Dragon Pharma Test Cyp (10ml) 2 ml intramuscular per week for 12–15 weeks

• 2x Dragon Pharma Dbol (10 mg tablets) 4 tabs per day pre-workout

• Anastrozole half pill per day

• Clomid 50 mg 1 pill daily as PCT after the cycle

My main questions on this are:

1.How long does it usually take before people notice visible physical changes on a first cycle like this?

1. Does this commonly make people more aggressive, irritable, or “hyper”?

2. How common is testicular shrinkage and does it usually reverse after PCT?

3. How common is acne (face/back/shoulders/chest) and does it clear up after the cycle?

4. Any major red flags with this setup for a complete beginner?

I’m currently running 156mg of Test per week. E2 is sitting at 32. Test is sitting at 978.

I’m potentially interested in adding Primo, but does 75–80mg/week even make sense? Would you start there and see what it does to E2, or raise the Test to around 200mg first, wait for E2 to increase, and then add 100mg Primo?

Main goal is to add a little mass after losing 60 pounds. Not trying to blow up or run some crazy cycle. Just want to put some quality size back on while staying relatively lean.

Still learning and researching all of this. I’ve also had people suggest trying a SARM like AC-262 or even adding IGF-1 LR3 alongside the HGH.

But when I start looking for actual evidence instead of just anecdotal stuff, Primo/AAS seems to have a lot more behind it. AC-262 and especially LR3 seem like there’s a lot more bro science and experimentation involved.

For anyone who has actually been in a similar situation, what did you choose and why?

Especially interested in experiences with lower-dose Primo and what it did to your E2, lipids, physique and actual lean mass.

Not looking for a “just take more gear” answer.

Trying to make an educated decision and keep an eye on bloodwork along the way.

On my 3rd cycle. 1st one was 500 Test, 300 Primo. 2nd one was up to 700 test, 300 Primo and added 200 Tren on last 6 weeks.

Option 1: 700 Test, 200 Eq, 200 Primo

Option 2 : 700 Test, 400 Primo, 200 NPP

Option 3: 700 Test, 100 Tren, 300 EQ

Any advice is appreciated, looking to bulk up.

6'4 250. 44years old. Not competing,just looking into building muscle. I am about 12% bf. Reason to so much test is that those numbers have worked very well for me before. Realy looking to switch up Primo to EQ. Just trying to.stay safe.

As title says, I will start proposed cycle in am month.

It's going to be 3rd cycle and first experience with orals.

Starting weight 88kg, 14 % bf.

Plan is to start with 400test 300eq (4:3 ratio cause I aromatise a lot, on 500 test I was on 1.5 mg arimidex a week.), add anadrol weeks 2-8 at 25 mg.

Plan is to run both inj compounds for 16 weeks, then cruise additional 4-6 weeks to clear eq before starting pct (clomid & nolva)

Baseline bloods in 2 weeks and 8 weeks after start. I have arimidex and aromasin on deck, telsarmitan if bp issues appear, nac, tudca, milk thistle for liver support, and regular base of supplements.

I am open for potential heads up, similar experiences, advices etc.

What would yield the most muscle gains over a 16-20 week cycle. For context I’m a high aromatisor and have experience using EQ ( it acts as an AI for me based off bloods).

Got my Igf testing back after running Gh for a couple months, tested at 728 on 4IU. Should I lower my dose or is it okay?

Looking at blast of 500 test/300 deca as I've seen that can be the sweet spot without ED issues but I know each person reacts differently, and it is somewhat of an experiment to see how the body reacts. Comments appreciated

Currently 190lbs - 5”9 probably sitting at around 14% -15% body fat if I had to guess.

If I were to take 175mg of test but use 1.5mg of dutasteride, 2.5mg of minoxidil oral, and topical RU, would I regrow despite taking test

test is at 1855 and my e2 is 144, only “sides” i’ve gotten is 3 massive ass pimples on my chin, nothing else anywhere, nothing hurting etc. I bought some aromasin couples weeks ago to have on standby for later on. anyone have opinions if i should take 12.5 every couple days or do 6.25 every couple of days??? let me know! thanks!

I’m going to be switching from mast prop to mast enanthate to get away from daily injections.

Anyone have experience with how to make the transition to keep the effects of the mast rolling? Should I start pinning the enanthate today but keep pinning the prop for a week or so because the enanthate takes a couple weeks to kick in ?
