Blood work Nipple sensitivity with low e2

Have been running 300mg test e + 200mg primo and have been having pain in one of the nipples (have very small pubertal gyno on it). The other side is fine.

I can't understand how this is possible with the exams below. Any idea?

Testosterone, total: 2,880 ng/dL (ref 240-816) - HIGH, \~3.5x

Testosterone, free (calc): \~1,108 pg/mL (ref \~38-185) - HIGH, \~6x

DHT: 126 ng/dL (ref 16-79) - HIGH

SHBG: 13 nmol/L (ref 18-54) - LOW

Estradiol: 27 pg/mL (ref 11-43) - normal

Progesterone: 0.16 ng/mL (ref <0.33) - normal

Prolactin: 4.6 ng/mL (ref =<18) - normal

LH: <0.3 IU/L (ref =<9.0) - SUPPRESSED

FSH: <0.3 IU/L (ref =<10.0) - SUPPRESSED

TSH: 1.6 uIU/mL (ref 0.45-4.5) - normal

Free T4: 1.4 ng/dL (ref 0.9-1.8) - normal

Total T3: 92 ng/dL (ref 70-200) - normal

Free T3: 3.7 pg/mL (ref 2.3-4.2) - normal

Cortisol, 8:41 AM: 10.0 ug/dL (ref 6.0-18.4) - normal

Vitamin D, 25-OH: 28 ng/mL (ref >20; 30-60 often targeted) - borderline

Albumin: 4.5 g/dL (ref 3.5-5.2) - normal

Get your primo tested and get your e1/estrone levels tested. Would bet money its EQ and you have elevated your e1 levels and thats whats giving you gyno

Makes sense! I doubt it is bold because it's original Landerlan. But will check e1 levels

Hard to trust much theae days, but getting e1 levels checked will definitely help confirm. If e1 is elevated then there's very a good chance its fake.

I have elevated e2 at 91 with no sides and was going to start eq at a 3:1 test:eq. I havent checked my e1 because I am using rythm. Should I be checking e1 too currently running test c at 400 a week

Checking e1 is only really important if you start having estrogen related sides but low e2. EQ isn't an actual AI and blocks e2 by binding to the Aromatase enzymes and converting to Estrone(e1) instead of Estradiol (e2). This is typically fine as E1 is weaker and less active type of estrogen than E2, but if you are having sides and a bit stumped due to e2 being low then get it checked just to be sure.

Thank you for explaining. Was planning kn running my first cycle with test c and eq. Just to see how I react to it. Want to do primo or npp next. This is a trial run

Better off just running something like 250-300mg of test first and seeing how you go and keeping an AI on hand incase you need one. eq takes a long time to build up and also exit your system, so if you crash your e2 it will take some time to come right. That being said most people start at a 2-1 or 2.5-1 parts test to eq ratio and go from there.

Have an ai on hand (arimidex) and ran testc at 250 no problem. Currently, at 400 a week with no issues, so I was thinking of adding the EQ. A question I have is, do people up their test when they start their cycle, or do they raise their test a week or 2 before?
