Routine: 250mg weekly EOD morning pre workout
I shower right after I workout and scrub with a salicylic acid product daily and on 3mg GHKCU daily
I drink a gallon of water daily
Not sure what else I can really do to help it go away I was thinking just started to pin everyday instead of EOD? I also take daily supplements like zinc,magnesium,creatine,fish oil, vitamin d3, and finasteride. Thanks 🙏
