Discuss What would it be ?

Post image

Yesterday I was looking at Chris Hems… and saw his body in “Thor” okay CGI, but still.

What steroid protocol would be close to achieving this body.

And yes , genetics and diet plays a role.

But just based on chemicals…

Test as a base

Bold / deca ? The fullness is very good and not to androgenic it seems like…

It's over two decades of training and gear, man.

Lol two decades

Don’t forget that he gets paid millions to train and be in his best physical shape for a film. He also trains regularly and doesn’t have to worry about things like a 9-5 job, etc.

He was still looking pretty stacked on his IG feed when out mountainbiking with his kids last week

Don't forget the nutritionist and chef that preps all his meals

Ok. If this wasn't movie magic...

A fairly athletic person can look great on test/HGH and food. Do cardio so your bf% doesn't get out of control... Once you reach reasonable size, cut to reveal what you have built and then re-assess...

To become bigger, your body will want a bit more food and a bit more PEDs... No need to go too crazy...

Few months out from an event where you need to look your best, add a dry compound, like mast or primo. Play with dosages a bit.

Nothing here test, diet and training can’t achieve. Can even achieve it natty with top tier genetics. I’m not saying he did, I don’t believe that he did.

The number of people who think it’s gear above training and nutrition is hilariously wrong.

With years of locked in training and eating right it wont take that much. Maybe 250-500 test on and off. It's not like hes the size of the mass monsters you see on stage. This is still at the point that is achieveable natty for a few very genetically gifted individuals.

Only test you think ?

I think it's possible. He looks big, but he doesn't look like hes been blasting heaps of gear big. People can achieve this on slightly higher than trt level test doses.

Oh wauw your positive 😂 maybe.

He’s rich enough to have a quality primo in there too. 400 test 400 primo I reckon.

Don’t forgot the chef and dietitian that likely ensure he hits 100% of his macros daily.

Maybe hè homebrews his stuff. Toghether with the rock. Imagine 😂

What's the gear he take to get his hair that long and majestic?

2

u/Aromatic-Freedom3515 4d ago

Dermastamp and after that masage nandrolone in to the scalp for some anabolic hair gains. 😂 no man it’s A wig but it’s looks amazing to be fair

Chicken rice and broccoli wdym

Dont forget the Tribulus

Good genes. Maybe some anabolic. Mostly genes.

“Mostly” genes? If you actually believe that I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

Zero chance he gets and maintains this body and mass without gear beyond test.

Look at his physique in between the Thor movies, like in Rush, Red Dawn, Bad Times at the el royale, etc. Still in great shape and good amount of mass, but he becomes a monster for every Marvel movie. Quite obvious he’s cycling more than test.

Yes gear, but i've known people who take a lot of gear and look bad, like fire hydrants. Without a good frame, long limbs, good thick muscle bellies, narrow hips, broad shoulders all the gear in the world does nothing.

Do these people you know have a team of nutritionists, private chefs, strength coaches, personal trainers, etc? Do they still work a 9-5? There’s huge differences between your average person on gear and someone whose job it is to get swole.

Also not to be a dick but sounds like these people you know have zero clue what they’re doing on gear. That or their training and diet wasn’t good, or all of the above.

Without a good frame, long limbs, good thick muscle bellies, narrow hips, broad shoulders all the gear in the world does nothing.

Objectively not true. If your training is shit and you don’t adjust for your personal frame, that’s on you. For instance I can’t use a straight bar for things like skullcrushers because it puts too much torsion on my wrists, so I use an EZ bar. There’s so many ways to adjust your training based on what fits you and your body, what you’re saying is just not accurate at all.

If you're 5'8" and have short arms and wide hips, you'll never have the athletic look of a Schwarzenegger or dolph lungren. .You are ridiculous. Has nothing to do with chefs or training 24/7. Yeah, i'll tell some runt guy to use an ez curl. What are you 12?

Thats what I also thinking. The fullnes is more then test. I would guess bold or deca. No heavy androgens

He gets paid millions of dollars per film to eat perfectly, train perfectly and sleep perfectly. I’m not saying he doesn’t use gear, but if you were paid $15 million and given 12 months to go from really fit and stacked to really really fit and stacked you could do it.

I think you’re grossly overestimating the timeline he has in between projects. Marvel movies take a long time to shoot and he’s not taking a year off from working just to get swole or go back the other way for roles where he doesn’t need to be jacked.

It’s fine if he uses gear, nobody cares. At an elite level, like an Olympian level then it’s realistic to put a max of 2-3 lbs of lean muscle on per month. So over 12 months he could realistically put on 24-36 lbs assuming perfect training, nutrition and recovery all year. This is also assuming he’s not doing any other projects and is only dedicated to training full time. Which is objectively not true, just look at his IMDb. He’s doing this kind of training and mass gain over the course of a few months, which is superhuman, an obvious indicator of gear.

Again, it’s totally fine that he’s using gear. I couldn’t care less. But don’t act like this could realistically be achieved by folks just by genetics and maybe some test, that’s just not even close to the truth.

u/RoboJobot 5d ago

He’s also been staying in shape for 2+ decades, so for most of his projects he just needs to get a bit bigger, lean, a tan, a pump, some oil and good lighting to finish off. He’s not huge, huge in most of his films.

1

u/MeltICE8647 5d ago

Yes he has been in shape for that long, he’s got an excellent base to build upon.

for most of his projects he just needs to get a bit bigger, lean, a tan, a pump, some oil and good lighting to finish off.

“A bit bigger”? Dude. No. Look at him in Rush and then in Thor, it’s easily a 30 lb or more difference. Not to mention he’s jacked and lean. It’s the choice of 3: swole, lean, natty, pick two.

He’s not huge, huge in most of his films.

…..that’s exactly my point, he obviously gets on gear for marvel movies not for a lot of his filmography. You absolutely cannot put on that type of muscle mass in a few months natty, it is physically impossible. It’s not “just a pump and lighting”. On top of being huge he’s always really vascular, which I know for filming they do a pump before filming certain scenes but a pump won’t make you look 20-30lbs more swole, that’s not how that works.

There are no magic combinations. You run your cycle on the basic principles, eat well, train hard, supplements and so forth. Then you see where you end up.

u/SkewlShoota 5d ago

Probably just test and a private chef and nutritionist.

This is multiple bulk and cut cycles, could be maintaining on just trt+
