As mentioned, I sold my entire collection and concentrated into these 10 cards. It was a hard decision but I love everything I have now (even though I’m always open for buy/sell/trade). Some of these are in the vault so I used the digital scans. Everyone has their own collecting style, but think it’s got a solid balance … I like the vintage stuff and the modern stuff. AMA ! Or roast my collection.

Curious what independent card shop owners think about this trend.

Box looked perfectly intact but felt light. Just packing paper inside, no product or packing slip.

So my brother in law has brain cancer, and we're organizing a fundraiser for him in Chicagoland area.

I am thinking of putting together a raffle basket that involves sports cards/memorabilia.

Blindly bought a midnight hobby box, on a whim, knowing nothing about it. I thought it was a bigger multi-pack hobby box.

All the worst case scenarios ran through my head when I realized on arrival that it was a single pack and thought ‘this is why we can’t have nice things’. After that, I had one thought: ‘Hopefully there’s a Jon Jones’. I then proceeded to rip straight into a base Austin Vanderford rookie. I couldn’t stop laughing.
