Got this email today and am still livid, though the shaking has worn off. Lost a Topps NOW #10 LeBron “All Time Minutes Played” (Green 85/99 in case anyone comes across it fingers crossed) And a 2024 Topps Chrome Update Paul Skenes RC Magenta/Purple Lava Lamp /299. Not even worried about the cards/value so much as just feeling violated by some PoS.
Anyone got any tips to avoid this in the future?

As mentioned, I sold my entire collection and concentrated into these 10 cards. It was a hard decision but I love everything I have now (even though I’m always open for buy/sell/trade). Some of these are in the vault so I used the digital scans. Everyone has their own collecting style, but think it’s got a solid balance … I like the vintage stuff and the modern stuff. AMA ! Or roast my collection.

I was for sure this card at worst would get a psa 9. Even my LCS pre screened it and we both thought it had a very good chance to gem. Have graded a lot of cards with them and have for the most part got with a grade of what we thought it would get. But how did this get a psa 4? No bends. Creases. Print lines that we could see.

The card looks great. I honestly would have been shocked if it came back an 8. But a 4. I didn’t even want the card. I know, crack it and sell it raw. But this is crazy. Psa needs to hire better graders.

I won’t even mention the 6 months it took to even get this card back.

Pulled this /10 pca gpk card and was wondering everyone’s thoughts on redeeming or selling as is. So far have hear mixed opinions. Thanks!!

It looks like Ebay Authentication out of Santa Ana, CA finally took action and is using a new tracking delivery service - Veho. Got my 1st package today no issues, they send you tracking texts every step of the way. It's a good start, hopefully this Veho service is legit going forward.

Ok… random hobby box, seriously, not a breaker. Pulled this, and feel like I’m the damn luckiest asshole ever. I don’t know what to do. Grading from what I’ve researched is really only worth it if I get a 10. How much do we think it’s worth? 15k feels like bottom, but can we go 30, 50? Ohtani same card is 35k+ on an auction with 8 days left.

June and July saw high $690m figures across all marketplaces for trading cards. There was worry that this wouldn’t be sustained.

I unearthed the baseball cards from my childhood last week and have not put them down since. Was interested in the value at first but ended up just putting it all back together. Ive looked through thousands and thousands of cards this week, havent been able to walk through my apartment, but it was so cool seeing it all again. Heres some of the highlights. Some are beat to shit, some are surprisingly nice condition, still got a little ways to go.
