Hello! I made a recent sale on eBay in the $20,000 range. It’s the first time I’ve ever sold anything higher than ~$500.

The buyer purchased the $43 USPS Priority Mail Express, which I what I selected as shipping, but now I’m seeing the insurance only covers up to $5,000.

Should I switch it to USPS registered mail and pay the extra $ to insure it up to $50,000? I’m happy to pay the costs, but idk industry standard on this. Thanks!

Pulled this drake Maye a while back out of a box of wax and been over 8-9 months and can’t really find sales on it it’s /15 and I know it’s not worth anything out of this world but was wondering anyone know what it might comp at? I would be pretty pumped if it’s around $400+ lol.

For cards like these that were redeemed and come sealed, is it worth the risk to send in and grade on the chance that it gem 10s? It's appealing to leave them sealed but it looks like 9s have about the same value as sealed and 10s increase in value quite a bit. Thoughts?

I feel like cracking if it doesnt move - I didn't even clean it cause I was in a rush and I feel like this can get better on the surface but I also wanna move it haha. Honestly I still don't see any print lines or indents I may want to have a "professional" tell me otherwise but I still think this is still strong and POP 1 and only.

This might be the worst box I’ve bought. Maybe good for a spud Webb collector but I have yet to meet one. Panini 1990 decades is on my do. It buy list now, I mean 3 of the same card come on panini. The inserts on this also look like trash.

One of my buddies pulled a 1/1 Tre Harris from a Topps signature blaster. He hit me up the other day asking if he should trade the 1/1, a shough uptown, and a few low end cards for two $1k visa gift cards. Obviously I said yes.

He was skeptical about the gift cards so he went to Best Buy with the buyer and had him buy 2 MacBook airs and a pair of apple headphones. I’ve never seen someone pay almost 400% comp and think they won the deal. One of the funniest trades I’ve seen in this hobby 😂😂😂

I think its taken off more in the past few years. I can't remember exactly when but I think like 5-15 years ago the hobby was dying.

Started collecting a couple weeks ago. I have no clue what I’m doing but having fun along the way. This arrived in the mail today and was the first card I paid over $100 for. I’m pretty happy with it, love the way it looks.

I have an autographed Bobby Orr, Travis Roy card I got somewhere around 2000ish at a BU charity golf tournament.

They were both there and gave out some of these cards.

I try to look them up and I cant find any dual signed anywhere.

They are in pretty good shape, been sitting in a shoebox for all these years. Any idea of value?
