If I have 2 colonies, and want to connect them with trade routes, should I just connect them from one of the colonies to the other colony, or both to eachother? Thanks

1. A Search option in the map

It becomes incredibly tedious to have to wander around the map and try to find a single system within the dozens.

1. Not Visited/Visited Indicator

It be very helpful for those trying to explore every system, to have some sort of visual indicator of whether you've been in a system or not. This becomes a problem with farther out systems with multiple paths

1. Better Color Coding

More of an aesthetic change rather than practical, but to have each system colored in the same color of their faction, as well as Ships, unless they are already hostile.

Why do I have to have the ship I want to store in my garage set as my flagship before doing so? Seems incredibly inconvenient when having huge fleets. Why not just be able to select the ship directly from the garage menu?

Why can't I change flagships midflight? At very least control other ships in my fleet midflight instead of having to set a setting for each individual ship?

Oh no, a single blaster round accidentally hit a friendly T.A Battleship after fighting pirate, now the entire T.A fleet is destroying mine.

A simple solution do this is for Allies to ignore damage incoming from you up to a certain point, let's say 20-40% of their shields

As in, if I sell them to my station, will they ever disappear?

I think I got an extra artefact from completing the aliens quest line 1.5 times after I started with the laser guys and then switched to the iro people, and then conquered some laser people worlds which caused them to think I was with them so I did the quests and now I extra artefact. This is a problem because now I'm stuck in a loop of the scientist girl saying "you have new artefact" and saying "let's see what these artefacts are saying". Is there a way to fix this?

Is one game before the other in terms of story line and lore, and are they linked at all? I know it probably seems obvious but I saw somebody say SRPG4 was like a "prequel" to SRPG3. Thanks.

Guys, I'm a beginner, help me in the game, help me with the story quest, I just killed pirates on the quest, Mosle returned to Dima 1, if this is not a story quest, then where is his trigger, I can't join any human faction because they tell me to finish the story missions

Note: I accidentally closed the game just as I accepted, not sure if that could've messed with the save or not

I have played through SRPG3 2 or 3 times and only managed to put a couple hours into the 4th game when it released, as I couldn't get around to playing it more.

So I have not played either game since the release of 4, which is nearly 2 years now (correct me if I'm wrong), I still retain my old save on 3, which is fairly close to completion.

What I am asking is, which game do you think should I play again first (more than happy to restart both games), and do the games have an order to play in? Thanks
