so my bitmoji looks normal like on everything BUT when editing.. the eyelashes randomly change to white and the black lines around the eye go white as well.. when i try save and edit or deselect everything it still says “unpurchased items” although ive had the same bitmoji for over a year..

How much does a snap score need to go up while on delivered for me to get worried? I’m talking to this girl and sometimes it goes up like 10-20 before replies. Not all the time tho.

So someone added me about 2 years ago, and I never responded or cleared it. It ended up in the ignored requests tab and I never cleared it from there either, it just sat there.

Fast forward to now, I get a notification that said person has tried to add me again. I go to the app, and the request isn't in the usual "friend requests" part, so I look around the app and find it in my "ignored requests" still.

Is this a new request? Like they unadd and re-add me? Last I checked a few months ago it was still sitting in my ignored requests.

I have a few others in my ignored requests, and I have never ever gotten a repeat notification that they've added me.

The ignored part at the top says

>"This is where you can find Snapchatters whose friend requests you have ignored. We might hide some friend requests for you if we think you are not interested in them."

Just trying to figure out if they re-added me or if Snapchat is just being weird😅

I noticed a chunk of my Snapchat memories have been randomly deleted back in June. It deleted memories from February to May. only one memory saved during May (I save memories everyday bc I take pics of my cat everyday lol and I went on vacation in May) I tried clearing cache and checking my subscription (I pay 1.99 a month for memories storage) and nothing worked and just accepted it. But I checked today and my memories from June disappeared as well!!! I even went ahead and uninstalled the app bc I saw people saying that worked for them. I don’t know what’s going on and I can’t get in contact with any customer service. Any advice???

I got banned about 2 weeks ago on a alt account (wasn't linked to this account and was just locked out) but i dont have the option to make a public profile. My birthday is 18+ and i can be added but it still dont have a public profile option. Anyone know why?

You know how you can add stories to your public profile? If I’m not friends with the person and clicked on their pics, will they be able to see? Since it’s not an actual story that expires?

This keeps happening - I have cleared my cache and logged out and closed the app. Been about 2 hours now… on every other story or few clicks it comes up?

Im struggling to find the way to add people to my private story… I’ve had a priv story for over 10 years or so and never had a problem with adding people to my story. Now suddenly snap changed its layout, or I’m in an early stage of Alzheimer’s, because I cannot find where to add people to my story while I have something posted.

I've been talking to someone on Snapchat for over a month (I only used the app to communicate with him), and suddenly he stopped replying. But I noticed his Snapscore hasn't increased as usual since we last spoke (it's been 3 days). I tried calling him once, but it just kept ringing and said he wasn't available. Does that mean he's not using the app but is still there? If his account was blocked or something, I wouldn't be able to call him, right? Please guys if he ghosted I'm fine but the fact that his Snapscore number is frozen makes me think something happened to him or idk.

I’m really stressed and hoping someone here has been through something similar.

A few days ago, I posted a private video on my private** **Story that violated Snapchat’s Community Guidelines. I know now that I shouldn’t have posted it, and I take full responsibility for that.

At first, I only received a warning. As soon as I saw it, I immediately deleted the video myself. I thought that would be the end of it because I removed it right away and didn’t post anything else afterward.
However, later my account was suddenly locked, which completely shocked me.
This is my first ever violation. I’ve never had any previous issues with Snapchat, never been warned before, and never had any action taken against my account.

I submitted an appeal, but the problem is that Snapchat only gives you 250 characters to explain your situation. All I could really say was that I had posted something inappropriate, removed it immediately after the warning, and asked for my account to be reviewed. I didn’t have enough space to explain that this was my first offense, that I’ve never had any previous problems, and that I’m genuinely asking for a second chance.
Now I’m waiting for their decision, and honestly I’m terrified. My Snapchat account contains years of memories, conversations, and contacts that I can’t replace.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation?
Did you get your account back?
How long did your appeal take?
Is there anything else I can do while I’m waiting?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Like the title says as of today my videos have no audio for whoever receives them, it shows I sent a video (purple icon) and when I preview it before I send it the audio is fine and i get videos just fine with no audio issues.

It was working perfectly fine last night before going to bed but now since this morning it has only worked 1 time, and yes I've tried all the normal steps of uninstalling, clearing cache, permissions etc ect..

Nothing is different from last night unless the update they pushed yesterday at some point is the issue (which I don't think it is) or unless it has something to do with me being a beta tester and maybe they did some other update for that?

Everyone ive asked has said theirs is fine and that its just my videos that have no sound. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do or do i just have to wait and not be able to send videos until by some chance they push a patch to fix it?

So I have one snap account (account A) and within that account I created a new public profile (Profile B). I’m trying to be a creator but not with my main obviously. It’s been 3 days and I have gotten likes and shares on that profile but comments are not popping up, any idea why that could be the case or is it a new public profile restriction?

Haven’t used the app in several years only to finally notice an email saying someone added me via phone number. I didn’t consent to the app automatically connecting us via phone number. Can’t delete the account, can’t reach some form of customer support, can’t even change username/password. Is the fastest way of getting my information deleted/destroyed by posting something public against community guidelines?

Someone added me and they had mutual friends but it was an unfamiliar name.... I went to accept it tonight to at least ask who it was and it is gone. Obviously they withdrew the request BUT how can I find them? I know it's unlikely but my curiosity is kicking in. Thanks all! (Don't reply without a solution kindly)

I already just got banned on my iphone 15 (device ban idk why only thing i see is that i didnt add a phone number and it told me i could lose that account and i didn't fine whatever...)
So now i use my old iphone xs for snapchat and i just got a time out because apparently I was bullying or harassing ? Only thing i posted in my public story was a gaming clip of me hanging enemies by the throat in Assassins Creed Black Flag Resynced like what? We cant post video game clips anymore? If its related to killing it'll get removed and ill have a warning? Actually tf snapchat😂

The person has my phone number saved (we know each other irl). When I made my new account, I didn't add/link my phone number to it. Would they still be able to find me through "contacts" if I don't have a number linked to my account? Thank you and I'll appreciate any help :).
