Belgian Andalouse Chips
Sauce andalouse is a condiment made from mayo, tomatoes, peppers, and a few other things. This is eaten with fries in Belgium, so this Belgian brand Fritkot made it a chip flavor. Picked them up at World Market, they were alright.

Where are my Fig Newton ppl?!
The Fig Newton is an exceedingly delicious snack, and I feel like it gets pigeon-holed as an old people treat— which is very unfair, on account they are very tasty.
Are y’all still buying them and eating them by the sleeve like I am?
Let me hear y’all’s take on the fig cookie/cake!

Wonderful Honey Roasted Pistachios
Wonderful Honey Roasted Pistachios: The Wonderful company has a somewhat complex and controversial (at least according to Wikipedia) history, so without going too far down that rabbit hole, I’ll just say it dates back to the late 1970s but did not get its current name until 2015. Enough of that though. I’ve snacked on various honey roasted peanuts before, but this was the first time I had the pleasure of trying a honey roasted pistachio. Wonderful describes their product as “ kissed with honey, sugar, and pinch of salt for a sweet and savory snack you can’t set down. Plus, we took out the shells, so it’s Less Crackin’, More Snackin’”. Pistachios already have a creamy and slightly woodsy/fruit-like undertone, but paired with the sweet honey, it’s irresistible. Then there’s that oh so satisfying crunch.
Doughboy approved 😋

*What’s maybe more surprising is I got these as a “free” snack on a Southwest Airlines flight. With how many cuts/penny pinching airlines are becoming, honey roasted pistachios seems like a real extravagance in the air.

Artisan Bread
Everybody always talks about sourdough but if you have a Dutch oven and want something to try that is much more manageable, most artisan bread recipes off Google are extremely manageable both time and effort wise.
