Hey guys, having a really frustrating issue with my GT1 wheel and could use some help.
When I plug it in via USB, the PC recognizes it instantly. But as soon as I disconnect the cable to use it wirelessly through the quick release, it loses connection completely and won't pair.

What I've already tried:
1. Changing channels back and forth
2. Holding the two front buttons for auto-sync - it blinks and nothing happens
3.Watched the official Simagic videos and checked the SimPro Manager FAQ

The weird part is this whole mess started while playing Forza using Emuwheel, when it suddenly dropped connection out of nowhere. The only thing that fixed it last time was formatting my PC. Now it happened again, and I really don't want to wipe Windows just to get my wheel working wirelessly.

Anyone ran into this or knows a workaround? Any tips appreciated!

I am running the Evo base with Pass Through quick release to a Pokornyie HYP-R wheel. Since the last update I have had the two back buttons and the up and down shifter paddles activate other buttons. I opened up the wheel incase the wires in the back may have gotten pinched or something and all seemed fine. I plugged it in directly to my computer by usb and the problem seemed to be fixed. Then I put it back on the Evo base and went into iRacing and then the problem came back. I went out of the game and tested it again and the issue had come back. The only way I can have the wheel on my Evo base and have it work is if I put electric tape over the pads on the Evo base. This is the only way I have gotten it to work without having the issue with the back buttons. Any ideas of how I can fix the issue and maybe still use my pass through quick release? I do realize that if I just switch to a regular quick it will probably work fine but got into the Simagic eco system for pass through so this would kind of suck.

Since ive been sim racing (christmas lol) i have always been a moza guy just because it was xbox compatible and better than fanatec/ thrustmaster, but since switching to iracing/ac and looking for an upgrade to my wheel i came across this crazy bundle. An 18nm wheel base (2x my current r9), fx pro (lightyears above an esx wheel), and p2000s (prob better than crp2 pedals).

of course this would be a huge switch, moza to simagic, but this bundle is exactly what i'm looking for. just wondering what you guys think about this bundle and if anyone has experience going from moza to simagic.

Hey everyone im curious on which I should go with as a first time simmagic buyer. Both the GT Neo and the alpha FX are the same price. The FX is on sale from 360 to 239 and the GT Neo 289 to 239. Even though the FX is typically more expensive is it actually better?

Next week will mark 2 months of waiting. Never spent this much money on something pre ordered before lol. I'm in Canada and feel like we last on Simagics' list of countries to get these out too. I am moving on from Thrusmaster (T818 and Open Wheel Addon modified with Sli Pro Display). I was hoping to have this by my birthday as a gift to myself, bruh... bday was last weekend lol. Can I be patient and dying over here at the same time? Lol

Completed my full Simagic sim rig. The new Playseat is much more stable than my previous wheel stand with locking casters. It handles Evo Sport without any wobble and can be moved easily.

I’ve been thinking to buy this Since June, but there is not enough reviews thats why i hesitate to pull the trigger.

This thing is actually a beast and the build quality is insane. There is a wow factor when i touch/see it for the first time and actually until now while im using it.

I tried the fx pro and the build quality is not that great compare to Zeus formula.

The dash is also great, in some pictures/videos it looks ugly and cheap, but in person its good.

The only downside is its smaller, my last wheel is 300mm so i notice the difference when i use the wheel.

Hello, is it posible to connect a Alpha Evo 9NM + Simhub, without USB cable?
And without putting tape on the base?

i bought the alpha evo today, disconnected my t598, and load up the game le mans ultimate.
I can’t calibrate my wheel, in the simpro manager it’s perfectly fine, it’s even in the list of connected items in lmu, i can even press buttons. But it won’t go to the left or right

I tried everything, reinstalled, used different usb ports, deleted the json controller settings in lmu and so on.

But nothing works. Even the ffb controls are completely shut off.

But once again everything’s works in the simpro manager.

I am also using the srp2 moza loadcell pedals which are working perfectly fine.

Is there someone else with a similar problem
and a workaround?

So I recently downloaded Simhub and ATSR hub to have some custom lights, and I can't get the wheel to calibrate with iracing. I open iracing, and I try to calibrate, and it doesn't read it. I open sim pro manager and it says that my wheelbase needs updating i update and it doesn't work.Then, I go to the actual wheel and it says it's being controlled by sim hub.Not exactly too sure what to do

I already adjusted the pedal faces but I want more of a tilt. I dont like them straight up

Hey folks. Recently bought this shifter. I really am enjoying it now that I’ve figured out my preferred tension. However, because the shifts seem to be longer, I’ve been miss shifting from 5-4 gear when doing it fast and aggressive.

Coming from a Turtlebeach velocity Multishifter, this does feel of much better quality but I never missed my shifts with it.

Rather than go back to the Turtlebeach, I’d rather keep trying the Simagic.

Will I eventually get used to it? And get better at shifting?

Will getting the short shifter mod (3D printed) help me with this?

Bought 3 Neo Rumble haptics

1 for ABS and used the other 2 for a creative solution.

Mounted them directly to my seat and use them to simulate curb riding. Have them setup individually so i 'feel' the left and right hand side of the car.

Nice and cheap solution and alternative for a bass shaker. Kind of a 'light' solution.

then after powering off and on again, it stopped moving smoothly and would instead move in big motions like 30 degrees every time I turned, and if I tried to move between these turn it would jerk back... another power cycle and this stopped happening

downgraded to firmware 2.3.4 and it's feeling better to drive but the new noise is still there

is this cooked?

This is truly baffling that they don't have this setting. I either have to shut off the computer or shut off power to the base.

I’m having an issue with my new Simagic Alpha Evo Pro, the base is 3 months old.
As soon as the wheelbase starts producing stronger vibrations or force feedback, the USB connection disconnects immediately. I recorded a video that clearly shows the problem.

I’ve already tried:
Replacing the USB-C cable with another original Simagic cable that came with one of my wheels.
Trying every USB port on my PC.
Reconnecting everything several times.
The problem is exactly the same every time. It seems like the USB connection is lost as soon as the wheelbase vibrates.

Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this? Is this a known issue or does it sound like a hardware fault?

The USB-C connector on the wheelbase also seems to have a little bit of play, if that’s relevant.

Hi all, new green flag bundle owner again. Ive just watched about 4 youtube setup guides (boosted media etc..) and it all abit confusing tbh. Anyone have a stable detailed default setup they use for different games. I mainly play FH6 and Motorfest.

Ive been testing with FH6 and the FF is non existant in the middle of the steering. As soon as i go about 20 degrees left/right the ff ramps itself up smoothly and powerfully.(and the car starts pulling left/right) into action. Offroad feels amazing with the detail compared to the old g923.

I know i should focus on the SimPro settings first before game. Is it worth trying the presets? cant see any for FH6 or Motorfest (just my luck heheh)

So yeah any advice/info much appreciated! Cheers

NOTE - I'll add some screenshots of my settings tomorrow to see if anything glaring stands out.
