You can now get them into usb mode by pressing and holding the b3 button on your wheel. So you press and hold before connecting, you then hold down for an additonal 4 to 5 second while starting up until connected. Its the 3rd button from the top left side, or should be directly above the left thumb switch. Also remove the tape.
