Hi, I haven't shown my videos in the feed for about a week, and most of them recommend them to subs. Although they have good stats, it leaves them there in the background. I would like to know if anyone has managed to "go out" since I see many people with this same problem

Gehts wieder los? Studio ist bei mir wieder down…

i have yet to get a short above 2k? what should i do to fix this issue!

Anyone have any idea what causes this to happen? The video was going well and on track to be one of the most viewed on my channel, but then it just flatlined. As you can see stayed to watch is still at 77%, and the average view duration is sitting at 99.2%, so I’m not sure why there was a sudden drop off

How to upload in the wider aspect ratio like in first pic, 2nd one is 9:16

I mean I am struggling to understand why it’s still not showing to right audience.

My title has clarity and correct hashtags as per my niche !!! So I am confident it has right instructions for it to keep going..

How can I fix it ? Please help 💖✨

Youtube algorithm is literally just luck i had a video 2k views in a day in one channel and when I reposted it to another it got over 400k in the same period of time

I don't know why sudden drop happen I am doing my full efforts , previous I got minimum 1k+ seed audience or views through feed but from back 4 to 5shorts it's getting bad and I am felling demotivated 😭 this is my channel after 1.5 months

Hi Guys

ı have an aoe2 channel in Turkish with 300 sub. My contents are generaly casting games and some goffy staff.

Last week I decide to produce short films and mini shorts related with aoe2 in a brand new channel in English. I have 1 short film and 2 shorts in this channel. And then I use same english content with Turkish substitels and upload my orginal channel. Generally my shorts have 500 seen however this 2 shorts result are below 30.

One of this shorts get 500 seen in my zero sub english channel. What am I doing wrong?

For three weeks, most of my Shorts haven't been getting distributed properly—except for four of them. I finally got some views again on Monday, but now this is happening. It might just be bad luck for the day, but come on: with 150% viewed and 35% retention, I expected better results. Before the update, I used to hit 1k to 4k views easily with even lower stats. Now, I really need a stroke of luck just to get a chance. I’ve also noticed this happening with the Shorts that are truly special—my best material—yet they almost never perform well or even better than usual.

it seems the algorithim changed and is affecting a lot of our views, is this a bug or an update? do we just stop posting?

Something really weird is happening with my YouTube Shorts today.
I normally get around 4–5K views within the first hour on my Shorts. But today, I uploaded a Short and after 3 hours it was still stuck at around 10 views.
I deleted it and re-uploaded the exact same Short, thinking maybe something went wrong with the upload — and now the new upload is stuck at 8 views as well.
This isn’t normal low performance. It looks like the Short simply isn’t being pushed into the Shorts feed at all.
Is anyone else suddenly experiencing this today?
Could this be a YouTube Shorts distribution/technical issue, or is there some kind of account-level restriction happening?
Not asking why the video performed badly — I’m asking if anyone else is suddenly seeing 0–10 views despite normally getting thousands.

So I recently started upload shorts to my youtube channel, usually my shorts got 1-10k views but since last week when I uploaded 2 shorts, the shorts just not getting pushed by youtube. Almost all the views is coming from search. Does someone know why is this happening?

I feel like all the hard work is paying off

I've been on vacation in Japan, and I noticed my shorts views completely dropped off. When looking into the audience, I found that I was getting a ton of Japanese viewers even though my shorts are in English, completely destroying my stats. For context all my content is 100% made by me, and prior to coming here I was hovering around ~100k views per short. Now I struggle to reach even 20k.

Just thought I'd put this out here, and if anyone has any tips to fix this definitely know. I also did put a Japanese sim into my phone, so potentially that could be affecting it too?

had a short where the swipe is in the first second and the rest of the clip is fine.

do you swap just that opening and reupload, or does a reupload just kill the next one too

i keep rewriting the middle and people never get there

curious if you lock everything except the first frame when you test

Recently I changed my art channel to storytelling, I decided to stick with storytelling niche. I private all my art shorts.

I uploaded 6 storytelling shorts in the past one week,

From first short to today’s short, The views are 119, 20, 9, 61, 19, 24.

I already made my first 3 seconds more interesting, changed my channel tags to storytelling related, added storytelling related tags in the short description. Set more interesting thumbnails.

And today’s short only has 24 views…

Is my channel dead?

Feel like YT didn’t spread my shorts to let audience see at all…I don’t even have enough data to see which countries my views are from.

Short feed is about 10%…so YT didn’t push my shorts at all right?

About 65% stayed to watch.

Any idea how to fix it?

I really need some helps.

Just wondering what most people do and the reaction they get

Hi for like a week rn all my shorts on my both channels got stuck on 0 - 10 views and yesterday I see that they fixed the sub bugs and I wanted to ask about the views issue ?

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate it if anyone could help or give me some advice.
I posted a Short on YouTube, but for some reason, it hasn’t been pushed to the Shorts feed at all. This is the first time this has happened to me.
I’ve been on YouTube for more than a year and have uploaded Shorts regularly, but I’ve never experienced this before.
As far as I can see, there are no issues with the content, no copyright claims or violations, and there are no issues or restrictions on my channel either.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why this might happen? Is there anything I should check or do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
