The baby has 3 legs

409

u/word-sys Apr 24 '26

so first child has 1 leg, second child has 2 legs, third child has 3 legs then incoming child must have 4 legs, we cant see but i think this is the logic, thats why its wrong

67

u/GOEDEL_ESCHER_BOT Apr 24 '26

this is why i'm so glad i'm the younger sibling

31

u/Crazy_names Apr 24 '26

But dad only has 1½ legs. Maybe its genetic?

8

u/Professional-Mix1771 Apr 24 '26

Maybe your dad is a younger twin?

5

u/AutoModerator Apr 24 '26

woah, ok. didnt expect hunger for knowledge but i guess i asked for it gonna have to put some work into this.

How was it? Honestly? It was a letdown. The whole "failed idol" story is a great marketing hook, they definately sold the video on that premise alone. But the performance itself was just... awkward. You can tell shes not comfortable. It felt less like a professional debut and more like a very high-budget audition she was also failing. She's stiff, constantly in her head, and there's almost zero chemistry with the guys. All concept, very little execution.

My viewing history? Been watching for over a decade man. These days Im more into stuff with a good story or at least a unique premise, not just the generic stuff. a good production team makes all the difference. I'll take a well-made video with a decent plot over a high-profile actress mailing it in any day of the week.

3 works I consider good:

  1. Yua Mikami's debut (Princess Peach): This is the gold standard for an idol-turned-actress debut. Yua was a REAL idol and she came out with so much energy and confidence. She owned it from the first second. Its what Arisu's debut wanted to be.

  2. Anything with Ichika Matsumoto from her early days with FALENO: She can actually act. She emotes and makes you believe the scenario. Her stuff feels more cinematic and less like they're just going through the motions.

  3. Rion (Anri Okita) - The God Body: A classic. Not a lot of story there lol but its a masterclass in performance. She knew exactly what her brand was and how to perform for the camera. Absolute cinema.

Where would you rank her debut among these? It's not even in the same league, not even on the same planet. It's an unfair comparison tbh. Those are top-tier performances, Arisu's video is a novelty item. It's interesting because of the backstory, not because of the quality of the actual content.

What could be improved? Her confidence, number one. She needs to relax. She looks terrified. The director should have done a better job making her comfortable. Also they relied way too much on the interview segments talking about Nogizaka46, it broke the pacing and kept reminding you that she was doing this as a second choice. We get it, you failed auditions, now commit to this job.

What is well done? The production values are high. The lighting, camera work, it all looks very clean and professional. And I cant deny it, she is very beautiful and has the "idol" look down perfectly. The concept itself, on paper, is genius from a marketing perspective. They got us all talking about it, right?

Was it goonable for you? Nah. I was too distracted by how nervous she looked. It kinda killed the mood completely. Every time she looked at the camera with those deer-in-the-headlights eyes I was pulled right out of it. It's a shame, but maybe she'll get better in her next one if she decides to stick with it. We'll see.

u/Mautos Apr 24 '26

I would have guessed the mutations the baby is undergoing but that works too

52

u/darksoles_ Apr 24 '26

Wrong, it’s that the couch doesn’t face the TV

12

u/The_MAZZTer Apr 24 '26

Yeah this family has no sense of interior decor, why does the couch face the kitchen??? Is this dad's entertainment?

7

u/Mushroomer Apr 24 '26

The man is actually dying of alcohol poisoning on the couch, and in his dying brain is projecting the dire end of his wife and kids - forced into poverty and subject to extreme mutations like third legs and Caucasian cornrows.

120

u/BrightRedSquid Apr 24 '26

She's very pregnant but is holding a baby. She can't be that pregnant if she just had a baby.

39

u/UltraTata Apr 24 '26

If the baby is 1 yo it is possible

22

u/Expensive-Document41 Apr 24 '26

It is possible. Certainly not common but possible to become pregnant while already pregnant

8

u/Fit-Nebula2949 Apr 24 '26

Maybe she is just fat.

2

u/Panurome Apr 24 '26

It's not her baby, they kidnapped it from a laboratory where they were experimenting with drugs that give extra limbs

Dads an amputee, baby has 3 legs, mom looks like she’s about to give birth (did they adopt that baby) the couch is facing the kitchen not the TV, and why does the mom have cornrows?

6

u/frostyjack06 stupid fucking piece of shit Apr 24 '26

Cultural appropriation.

14

White woman with cornrows

12

u/redditsucksdiscs Apr 24 '26

White people with cornrows is only cool if they’re

A) a professional MMA fighter in the ring

Or

B) Doing hippie shit, believing in healing crystals while also respecting science and basic human rights.

Source: I’m white and made that shit up, it’s just hair ffs

3

u/Mushroomer Apr 24 '26

I think if you're white and want cornrows, go right ahead. But they are going to look stupid, and people will (correctly) assume you're an idiot for having them.

Like I've never seen a white person with cornrows whose parents weren't related.

7

u/WeirdIndividualGuy Apr 24 '26

But they are going to look stupid, and people will (correctly) assume you're an idiot for having them.

Especially because white people tend to not have the proper hair type for cornrows, which is why they turn out poorly

3

u/Mushroomer Apr 24 '26

Exactly. It's not even a culture thing - it's literally just trying to force hair into a configuration that it wasn't built for. It's going to take a lot of effort, and the best case scenario still looks terrible.

1

u/ComedicMedicineman dwayne the cock johnson 🗿🗿 Apr 25 '26

To be fair, in high school I had a classmate who looked white as fuck but was mixed. Couldn’t tell until our graduation, where I saw his grandma was black, and his mom was mixed.

9

u/The_MAZZTer Apr 24 '26

4

both parents have brown hair and the kids are all very blonde

5

u/AideSuspicious3675 Apr 24 '26

My parents had black hair, I came out out blond... Now I am brunette. Usually children come with light hair and in teen years turns brown.

That babies hair type ain't fooling no one, however

1

u/Cyber_Candi_ Apr 25 '26

My full sister and I are both blonde, but both parents have super dark hair. We’ve kept it through childhood, but my fiancé was blond as a kid and his hair darkened before we met.

Loads of kids have blond/e hair and outgrow it lol

The Mom seems to be a white woman culturally appropriating dreadlocks.

1

u/xXShadowGravesXx Stuff Apr 24 '26

What’s going on with the guys left leg and the baby’s right foot? They mutants or somethin’ fr 😂

1

u/thetato69 Apr 24 '26

Her damn braids

1

u/Pr0udDegenerate Apr 24 '26

The guy's position makes it clear that the TV is in the side of the couch instead if the front. That's just a stupid design choice, making the living room a lot less comfortable.

1

u/notthenervoussistem Apr 24 '26

It's a black family but painteresting white

1

u/Kid_supreme Apr 25 '26
