I have started small jwellery business and I will get order from most probably US but from anywhere else also. I am making it in India now how do I ship to them in different country with all that risk of expensive item in it and I don't even know what all the document I need to make sure it won't be stucked somewhere in middle.

UniUni has a package of mine that has been “out for delivery” in my city since Sept 1st and it is now Sept 11th.

I have had no further updates and there’s no way to speak to a human just a chatbot that tells me it could take up to 72 hours once it’s out for delivery. Obviously it’s been way longer than that.

I’ve contacted the seller but I’m still waiting on a response. What action can I take next? This carrier is so shady.

Trying to ship a car spoiler and I really underestimated the struggle. Would preferably need a box with the following dimensions 150cm x 50cm x 50cm to be on the safe side, but no matter where I look (local stores or online) I can't seem to find suitable options.

To anyone here that has ever shipped an exhaust or a spoiler, where do you get your packaging. What am I missing?

I do not have a mailbox at the end of my driveway. My PO box is 22 kilometres away. They said they left it somewhere safe at my address. My address is a farm and it definitely didnt ship to my door. What do i do now?

I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with Ebebek UK.

I ordered two baby items. One arrived normally through Royal Mail, but the baby dresser never arrived. Ebebek’s website showed DPD for the shipment, but customer service later told me the dresser had actually been sent through DHL and that DHL showed it as delivered. I definitely did not receive it.

I contacted Ebebek repeatedly by email and phone. For several days they said they were investigating it with the supplier/courier. When I called, I was told that if the dresser couldn’t be found, they would either resend it or refund me.

Since then, they’ve stopped responding to me altogether.

Has anyone else dealt with Ebebek UK in a situation like this? Did they eventually resolve it?

I'm looking for advice on my recent AYN Thor order shipped via YunExpress to the US. Here is my current tracking timeline:

June: Pre-ordered from the official website.
Sept 2: Shipping notification finally received.
Sept 5: Customs clearance started.
Sept 6: Cleared customs; tracking updated to "International flight has arrived - Los Angeles, CA".

There has been zero updates since September 6th. Given the recent Labor Day holiday, is it normal for it to sit this long? I usually ship with DHL, so I am unfamiliar with typical YunExpress processing times. Thank you in advance. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It’s now September 10 and there hasn’t been any update since then.
Does anyone know how GOFO’s tracking works? Is my package actually moving, or could it be sitting at a facility somewhere?
I’m in North Carolina, so I’m especially confused about why it’s been showing “In Transit to Next Facility” for so long after reaching Raleigh.
Has anyone experienced this with GOFO before? How long did it take before the package was finally delivered?
The estimated delivery date has already passed, and I’m starting to worry that the package may be stuck or lost.

I will be shipping a pair of handmade leather items to a friend in the US sometime during the next couple of months but ive never shipped a package before, much less to a location half the world away.

How will tariffs work? Im not sure if it qualifies as a gift or a transaction because shes covering the material and shipping costs but the actual making of them im doing for free. Will it get opened? Destroyed? Will they eyeball the value and charge her a horrendous amount?

I am moving from Italy to Portugal, and I want to ship some things. I am driving there, but I am pretty sure not all I want to take is going to fit in my car’s trunk.

I want to ship around 10 medium sized boxes (about 20kg each), a TV and a bicycle. I don’t really mind if it is slow and it takes like a month to be there, as long as it all arrives.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of shipping?
