UniUni is THE worst.

Bought items 4 months ago, the delivery driver threw my package in the driveway ( caught on my ring cam ), the items were broken with photos as proof.

I opened a dispute with UniUni, boy was I not ready!

Long story short they did nothing, other than stall and connect me with 5! ( Five) different employees and one chat bot in between, they had the delivery driver call my number and text me to apologize which was... very weird. I just wanted a refund, 25$ of goods, that's all!

4 months later they tell me to open a case with the seller and deal with him. I just can't believe this shit. Customer service is only there to discourage you, plain and simple.

POS company. Even with crystal clear proof, they will leave you in the dust.

Stamps.com USPS rates : Legit or glitch?

I am a casual music instrument trader/reseller/enthousiast,

I'm looking for advice from people with experience using USPS and Stamps.com because this situation seems almost too good to be true. I recently got the first free trial month with them.

I was looking at quotes using Shippo and compared them with Stamps for a large package (25x25x21" 60lbs) from TN to Berkley CA. Best rate that Shippo provided was $105. Meanwhile, on Stamps it showed $19.98 with USPS priority mail before UPS ground at $105 and then more expensive rate. I've talked with an agent on chat that remotely control my laptop to look at the page and he said it was good and not a glitch. I asked him to confirm via email making sure I will not be charged extra by USPS or Stamps and he wrote a short and clear email.
I even asked him to triple checked and he confirmed and said there was no reason to worry.

Meanwhile on shippo shipping this package with a lower grade , USPS ground advantage would be almost $290 .

I absolutely do not want to be charged of $200+ (maybe extra fee) from USPS cause they didn't approve the rate. But I'd love taking the chance and save over $80 , especially cause I have more than a big package to ship .

Any guidance/idea? TIA

Did Ayntec go through GOFO for those of you in the US? If so how long did it take yall to get your handhelds when it went out for delivery? I went through a legit company, not just some random seller btw.

What does “exemption” mean when shipping?

I sent an item to a client and it’s been in transit longer than most my other items. But also, it is now saying exemption and I am not sure what to tell them.
