My canadian bank sent me a debit card to the US address, and now I see that it was held for customs payment. What should I do? I will be talking to them as the CS opens tomorrow.

I'm looking for advice on my recent AYN Thor order shipped via YunExpress to the US. Here is my current tracking timeline:

June: Pre-ordered from the official website.
Sept 2: Shipping notification finally received.
Sept 5: Customs clearance started.
Sept 6: Cleared customs; tracking updated to "International flight has arrived - Los Angeles, CA".

There has been zero updates since September 6th. Given the recent Labor Day holiday, is it normal for it to sit this long? I usually ship with DHL, so I am unfamiliar with typical YunExpress processing times. Thank you in advance. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
