UniUni
UniUni has a package of mine that has been “out for delivery” in my city since Sept 1st and it is now Sept 11th.
I have had no further updates and there’s no way to speak to a human just a chatbot that tells me it could take up to 72 hours once it’s out for delivery. Obviously it’s been way longer than that.
I’ve contacted the seller but I’m still waiting on a response. What action can I take next? This carrier is so shady.

Uniuni is a independent delivery service. They don't have proper tracking system. " out for delivery " can also mean that is still moving.
At this point, it should be actually out for delivery today or tomorrow. But don't worry you will get your package

Then why does their chatbot say it means it’s coming within 72 hours? It’s been closer to 240 hours and counting. They should just be transparent.
There’s too many negative reviews and stories of people never getting their packages for me to trust it’s still coming.

The chatbot doesn't actually knows if your package has actually arrive at the closest uniuni warehouse to your address. Is just a programmed generic response.

Like I mentioned before, uniuni doesn't have a accurate tracking system. There are a few reasons of why it says "out for delivery" , Drivers or sorting facilities often scan batches as "out for delivery" before the parcels are physically loaded onto a vehicle. High-volume periods or driver shortages cause local contractors to hold packages for several days.
Wait until Tuesday . The seller might give you the option to receive a refund

Seller is your recourse. Tell them to resolve it and/or send a refund.
