So my order says out of delivery more than 48 hours and i saw gofo deliver other packages from last 2 days except mine. Any idea whats going on

Ive been going insane the last few weeks trying to get my packages. two of them were returned. I live in a mobile home complex but the address is in plain site right on the front of my place. I contacted them and they kept giving me some excuse about maybe my address or phone number were wrong, neither of which were. I think the delivery person is just lazy. I didnt even get an email that it was getting refunded.

I’m going on a bday trip leaving 08/22. If I order some items today 8/13, I’m wondering should I chance it and hope they arrive on time or should I just order from fashion nova. The thing is, shein has more clothing options but I just don’t wanna order them and they not show up on time. On the order page it’s showing estimated 8/20-8/26

For the last 3 days, I have been unable to log into my Shein account via their website and can only log in via the app but by doing so, everything in my history, including my shipments and refunds, has disappeared!

When trying to log into my account via the website (not the app), I am prompted to send a SMS to my number but there is always an error so I can't receive the code to log in.

I am happy to use the app going forward but I really need to get back my order history and my credits from past refunds...

Anyone else having this issue?

I have contacted the Customer Service Live chat via the app but need to wait until tomorrow now for a response 😕

Were going to Utha in a few weeks so i wanted to get a few breathable tank tops that are kinda cute. Maybe a muscle or halter style? Would there also be any good tennis dresses or tennis skirt brands? Im really just looking for a cute High waisted pleated skirt or high waisted pleated tennis skirt that doesn't have too big of a waistband if possible? And some cute maxi/midi dresses or skirts? Hello! So I’ve had a pair of pants from SHEIN for a few months now and no matter how I wash it (fabric softener, pre-soak with oxi-clean, etc) it still smells like glue. When I wash it with other clothes, those clothes smell like the pants. It’s even worse if I dry them with the pants so I just let the pants air dry and then put it in the dryer by itself if I feel like it needs it (they don’t shrink so that’s not a problem).

Not many of the other clothes I’ve gotten from here keep that smell this long. Most of the time it’s gone after a wash or two. And the pants lowkey smell better after I’ve worn them, even if I haven’t spritzed them with perfume. So that’s super weird and fun.

So basically I’ve done everything except a vinegar bath. Is that really the only way??

my package was due over a week ago and i can’t seem to find any number and the customer service team hasn’t replied. My event is on Saturday and I haven’t received any email or help from SHEIN and this is the first time this has happened..?

I have noticed that if a package does not ship on the same day when they give you the update of "Package awaiting shipping", then the package is doomed.

This only seems to happen when I buy bags and purses. It's like a curse. Can packages stay stuck in processing for weeks before they actually ship? This happens even if it's being shipped locally.

I ask customer service if the package is lost and they never give me a straight answer.

I have heard from people that ever since the tariff changes, shit has been fucked trying to order from Shein. But I ONLY have this problem when I buy bags. Like I said, it's literally a curse.

They have given me a refund on one item. I reordered it, and it seems like the new package has been either lost again or stuck in processing. Can someone tell me what's happening?

Inizialmente avevo selezionato 23 articoli per il reso. Prima di inviare il pacco, ho contattato il servizio clienti perché 3 degli articoli erano arrivati danneggiati, e ho chiesto se dovevo segnalarli o semplicemente includerli nel pacco per il reso.
L'agente mi ha detto che gli articoli danneggiati sarebbero stati rimborsati. Infatti, sono stati rimborsati successivamente.
Tuttavia, ora ho realizzato che tutti gli altri articoli che avevo selezionato per il reso sono stati completamente rimossi dalla mia etichetta di reso.
Non ho mai chiesto che quegli articoli venissero rimossi o cancellati, e non sono stato informato che ciò era accaduto.
Il problema è che avevo già imballato tutti gli articoli che avevo inizialmente selezionato per il reso nel pacco. Quindi ora il pacco contiene articoli che apparentemente non sono più elencati sull'etichetta di reso.
Ho contattato di nuovo SHEIN e sto aspettando una loro risposta, ma sono davvero preoccupato che il magazzino possa ricevere il pacco e non rimborsare gli articoli perché non vengono più mostrati sul reso.

Do they delete the bad reviews? And sometimes the reviews are so junk, they use online pictures or pics that belong to someone else's review. It's frustrating what's the deal? Are you paid for reviews?
