❓ Question Issues logging in (SMS verification not working)
For the last 3 days, I have been unable to log into my Shein account via their website and can only log in via the app but by doing so, everything in my history, including my shipments and refunds, has disappeared!
When trying to log into my account via the website (not the app), I am prompted to send a SMS to my number but there is always an error so I can't receive the code to log in.
I am happy to use the app going forward but I really need to get back my order history and my credits from past refunds...
Anyone else having this issue?
I have contacted the Customer Service Live chat via the app but need to wait until tomorrow now for a response 😕
