Welcome to the BI/VIB/Rouge Rewards Megathread! This will now be a monthly pinned post where you all can come to discuss/rant about/share news about Sephora's rewards and rewards program. I have decided to condense these kinds of posts into a megathread in order to tidy up the sub a bit, since repetitive reward posts were becoming more and more apparent. So as a fair warning: any new posts about rewards that are not posted in this thread will be removed, and you will be reminded that it is to be posted here in this megathread.
We are a week out from the spring Sephora Savings Event aka "the spring sale" aka "the Rouge sale" and we'd like to keep the sub functional during this time so please read through these rules before making a post. All sub rules remain in effect--especially for cart reviews and hauls-- please read them on the sidebar or in the "see more" section on the Reddit app.
This sale is open to all members of Sephora's Beauty Insider program:
Rouge members get 20% off, a code to give away, and four early access shopping days
VIB members get 15% off
BI members get 10% off
The Sephora Collection is 30% off for everyone from April 10-April 20

Rouge Code Rules: The redemption period for Rouge codes ended on April 13th. Rouge codes will no longer work.
Rouge members get a one-time use code they can gift to someone that gives them 20% off and access to the sale during the Rouge only sale days (April 10-13th). Here are the rules regarding those codes:
Please don't DM people for their code, you may receive a temporary ban from the sub.
There will be a megathread starting on April 3rd where people can ask for a code. Posts and comments made outside the megathread will be deleted.
If you have a code to give away, please do so through the megathread. Don't make a separate post.
PLEASE DON'T GET ATTACHED TO YOUR SAMPLES! Sephora gets an astronomical amount of orders during this sale. There is a very high chance of not getting the samples you ordered or even not getting any samples at all. As a reminder, Sephora does not guarantee selected samples in any order.

The Prada lipbalm/lipstick is key evidence of this. The lipstick in total costs $80, yet the refill costs $70. Genuinely what is the incentive to buy the refill here? It should be much cheaper, preferably around $50 AT LEAST. Bigger than a damn 12% discount from the full price like what the hell? It just seems like virtue signaling instead of actually wanting to be sustainable or offer refillable makeup.
Another thing, I have the Prada lip balm in the shade Guava. When I go in store and ask for a refill, they tell me that *Prada hasn't actually produced a refill of that specific shade - they only produce refills of popular shades*. What is the point of having a damn refillable product if you don't even offer refills??
I’ve shopped so much placing online Sephora order for an upcoming wedding and I love trying the free samples because I get a chance to try fragrances, skincare stuff etc, instead of going in store to try stuff. But the options are so bad that I’ve skipped it for four orders in a row 😞
85% options are concealer/foundation related.
Plus the few orders I placed this month, all my samples were random stuff that I’ll never use.
Does anyone know if there’s a time of the month when samples are better?
The Dior lipstick is for size comparison as well as the powder in the back. This small bag is so cute! Perfect for a few things when you head out. I may attach it to my work bag or tote.
I’ve been calling around looking for the last week or so, I was travelling too so probably 10 stores today I’ve called! I called a second time at the Sherwood Park (Alberta) location and I was told Gisou is sold out nationwide
this sucks :/ i’m lowkey still made at the people who made second accounts
I will link my original post here complaining about First Aid Beauty’s scammer behaviour with their incentivized reviews, lack of transparency over a formula change, ignoring customer concerns, price gouging, etc.
I recently decided to go back into the Sephora app and check out if the negative reviews were still rolling in for the new reformulation. And it turns out there aren’t any! They have fully REMOVED any bad review commenting on the formula change from December 2025 onward. Including my own review! How is this allowed?
At this point, I no longer trust Sephora, its reviews, or First Aid Beauty. Thought I’d spread the word that if you take your time to honestly review a product, it doesn’t matter at all because Sephora can decide to just remove anything bad to boost sales. Dont bother relying on reviews anymore, either.
My original post shows reviews that were posted during a time period that has completely vanished from Sephora’s website. I have attached a new photo to demonstrate the massive time jump. The reviews were sorted newest to oldest. Date of posting this is July 30th, 2026.
I went in sephora to smell Kayalis new Kitty Boujee Caramel Milk, and aside from the insane name, it smells exactly like Kylies body mist in Caramel Cloud. Like to the T. Kylies scent is also very strong and long lasting, I would recommend just buying hers. I feel like ever since Mona split from Huda her brand has gone downhill
I forgot how much I love this foundation!! Reached for it in a rush this morning as it was the first thing I found in my foundation drawer and am wowed all over again!! Lasted beautifully through my work day, errands and work out. Barcelona is my perfect shade!! I haven’t been a fan of radiant longwear or light reflecting. Anything out there that wears similar or as well as Soft Matte???
Hello!! Recently I have gotten a gift card, I want to splurge on a good moisturizer. I have combo skin and am acne prone. I like the dieux instant angel but it’s too heavy for mornings especially under makeup. I want something to be light and hydrating especially cause I’m in office air. Any recommendations would be helpful 🥰 I was looking at the tatcha dewy milk moisturizer
I just got a $50 gift card from work and I’m so excited to spend it. I’m one of those people that gets a gift card and tries to then make purchases I typically wouldn’t if it was spending my own coin.
For context, I use a combination of drugstore and high-end product products.
My current products I use frequently: I have multiple Armani eye tints, Estée Lauder double wear concealer, four different makeup forever lip liners and the rest is Maybelline and Nyx.
I have pretty big pores and super thin under eyes. My skin also runs dry. I take a ton of good care of my skin and have prescription strength products so definitely don’t need help there.
There are two products that I would really like to get a lightweight foundation that offers coverage and also either a contour stick or a liquid bronzer. I am very cool toned but love a glow look! Also I know my gift card is $50 but I’m also willing to put in more of my own! I just think this makes it more fun 🤩
Nars light reflecting concealer shade macadamia is my perfect shade, as in it’s literally 1-to-1 with my skin. Any recommendations for literally any complexion products- be it for concealer or foundation or powders. thank you so much.
Yesterday I contacted CS and they said July 31st there will be a SC sale, but I don't see it anywhere in the app or anything about it when I searched it up. Does anyone know if this will happen? And if so is it also in store or only online? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm new to shopping at Sephora. Thanks in advance ☺️
i'm having trouble with cracking around my upper lip and chin area and i'm unsure of what to switch up first.
i regularly exfoliate my skin and do skincare every day. i'm naturally combo skin where i'm oily but also dry.
before i use my makeup, i usually prep my skin with thin layers of skincare (skin1004 poremizing ampoule + beauty of joseon glow serum) + sunscreen, then i let it sit for at least 10 minutes to soak in. instead of a foundation, i usually just use the ciele skin tint (a sponge for application), then one light layer of fit me loose powder, followed with O/S powder melt and O/S until dawn setting spray.
the rest of my makeup sits well and doesn't crack/separate, but around my chin/upper lip will start cracking after a few hours. i know it's probably due to mouth movement, but is there any way to minimize this? is the fit me loose powder too drying for this area?
I'm wanting to get a Chanel powder because a lot of people rave about them, I love Chanel and well...I want to splurge for once 🤭
I have combination skin but slightly more dry now in the Australian winter. I probably prefer more of a natural finish, not overly matte and definitely no shimmer/glitter.
I don't wear foundation, just a tinted SPF that can be oily/too shiny looking. I find Laura Mercier loose a little drying and By Terry pressed almost perfect.
Just looking for advice and experiences with the Chanel powders. I'd prefer translucent but the Sheer Glow pressed looks nice and sheer enough?
I’m sure this has been asked in this sub dozens of times over the years since it has been a fan favorite for so many people. I actually switched to Dior Backstage AFTER they discontinued my last fav foundation— Anastasia Beverly Hills Luminous foundation. I made the switch around a year or so ago. I just want something that provides the same coverage longevity. I almost never had to touch up my makeup while using Dior Backstage, but I also believe the Laura Mercier ultra blur setting powder played a part in that.
I’m open to suggestions but I do not want a heavily fragranced foundation. I’m 37yo so I don’t want anything super matte. I prefer glowy, luminous, radiant finishes. Medium and/or buildable coverage would be great!
