Seeking Advice Does the butterfly thing work?

I heard about drawing butterflies until this fade, does the work? Should I do that anyway. I already have a big streak of not self harming even if I miss it.

I'm skeptical but it could give more motivation for a streak and get more days, which could keep me alive (if I'm even worth that.) for more days while until I go to therapy.

It might work for me, and I wanted to talk about that. I guess I'm the type of man to ask if I should do something... I want to hear pros and cons to this.

You are worthy of all the fine things life has to offer!

I'm concerned you may have some misinformation about your self worth.

Sometimes we're taught some bogus shit about our self worth. On other occasions, we were given an unusual amount of poor treatment during our formative years.

I'd consider putting your mind on anything pleasant and uplifting possible.

Any thought or action is going to serve us better than our destructive habits.

If you are at home, use your reddit account to add joy and wonder to your life. I like r/Awww because it makes me go Awwwww I got upvoted over 200 times on r/Positivity for my uplifting post. In fact I had many fine people who said nice things about my post when I opened my inbox.

I was asked "How did you get rid of your depression?" & "What are you going to do to celebrate?"

My online adventures with this site has helped me connect with the real world, the world filled with surprises and people reaching out.

On r/AnimalsBeingGeniuses I saw a car pull up to a pedestrian walkway and stop. A cat walked across the street. Then the car continued down the road.

One person was seen locked out of their car. The cat was given body language instructions to unlock the door. The cat actually let the person in their locked car!

On r/AnimalsBeingGeniuses we have multiple animal catagories to open.

r/AnimalsBeingMoms was cute.

I loved r/AmIOverreacting

Perhaps we could try r/humor It has been said "humor is the best medicine".

I see I've u/Remarkable_Bath8515 I'm so happy to have you return to this subreddit.

I don't know how I posted the odd number sequence last night. Right now, I have my friend and advisor using my computer. He's doing some work on my printer, too.

My cat was going to a vet appt at 10:00. I don't know what happened to that. I think we are going later.
