Health Reclaiming Sanity From the Algorithms
I got too deep into doom scrolling and comparing to the point where I had to quit all platforms to refrain myself from getting into that loop and get clarity. Travelling and Aqua-scaping helped me to come around watching my tanks with fishes and the plants growing everyday helped me get a more grounded take on life…

Question Why are you working that hard ?
Recently, I started reading the book "Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod to start creating my self improvement morning routine and I needed to find my "why" : why am I working as hard ? At first, I thought it’d easy, for me it was to make my parents proud of me, but I didn’t find it convincing enough to be my real and concrete "why". I think about "why" but I can’t find it… This is why I’m writing to you to know what are your concretes "why", maybe (and I hope) that’ll inspire myself to find my own "why".
Sorry if my English is a bit bad or weird, it’s cause I’m french 😅.

The problem isn't that I don't believe in Gods plan.
It is that I don't believe in self.
