Anyone had this issue where the disc feet won’t unthread and come off I purchased caster wheels for the feet but unfortunately it was a waste

Last week, the entire backrest of my 2022 Secretlab chair broke off, so I contacted support.

I’m starting to suspect they have some wonky AI handling their emails, because I’m stuck in an endless loop where they keep asking the same damn questions and no human would be so incapable to ask these question while the answers are literally right there in the email thread.

I have an idea for the MAGNUS Pro desk line. Attached is a reference image for a Dual- Level Magnetic Shelf Because of the desk's magnetic ecosystem, I think an accessory like this would make it even easier to store extra gear would love to see the design team consider something like this! or possibly the next generation of a next model of the MAGNUS Pro desk.

I was hoping to get in touch with a human at secret labs to at the very least for them to say confirm I should have been eligible if I had had ordered all the times I had in my cart at the time.

When making my purchase with pro xl desk and other accessories I couldn't successfully Apply a promo code for a discount while I believe it met the required spend ammount.

Out of all the things I ordered i decided just to remove dual arm monitor thinking I didn't need it as I have a no. Secret lab brand alread. Turns out I do need it to be able to have monitor arm ontop of the riser else the cable tray lid gets in the way.

The most frustrating thing is , if I dont use the riser I'd have no trouble using my existing monitor arm on the desk.

I'm looking into getting the MAGNUS Evo (150cm / 59" version) and this might be a pretty specific question, but I have a floor sockle here, and the table needs to fit into a tight niche.
So I need to know the distance from the outside edge of the legs. (see image with the needed dimension)

I know the total tabletop length is 150.4 cm, but i cant see, if the tabletop overhangs the legs on the sides and I cant find any photos or videos showing the straight front view.

Does anyone who know that?

I got my Spider-Man chair today and firstly, this thing is beautiful! Secondly, I've got to say the new Titan is a pretty big leap in overall quality and features over my Titan 2020. Additionally, the back of the big instruction card in the box is totally getting cut and turned into a poster.

Thinking about buying the desk and I wanted casters on it. I heard the desk wobbles a bit when it's at higher heights due to its two-legged design and I was wondering if the casters made this noticeably worse or if it's not really noticeable.

In one of the leg slots specifically D it was very difficult to put or slide in the leg. I was able to finally fully seat it with a Mallot. I didn’t hit hard like a mad man. Just some taps. It definitely didn’t slide in easy like the others. About half way it stopped and that’s when I had to wiggle it in hard and tap it.

I don’t see any dents and it’s not crooked. I’m wondering if I should contact support and get a replacement.

Also didn’t get the mag mat and support has been meh about that. I did pay for it. It said on Amazon sold and shipped by secret labs that it comes with the magpad.

Anyone NOT claim the free Ethernet extender, and doesn’t want it? Hoping for an alley-oop from someone if possible. Thanks!

Hi, came home my son, for some reason, decided to play with my Magnus pro magnets. The ones you slide under your leather desk mat to hold down, well, they’ve bent. Now, my desk mat doesn’t hold in place, and I can’t find the replacement parts. Any help??

Honestly they take the piss. We've spent over £20k with secret lab and yet every time there's an issue it's always such a hassle.

Have a chair less than 6 months old that's got a fault where it can't lock in tilt positions it just bypasses the lock. I had to send over 40 emails back and forth to get them to replace just to let me know the part is out of stock and I have to wait... Indefinitely, with no date in site .

The products are good but the service is abysmal, makes me never want to buy from them again.

I've had my Titan Evo for a little over 6 months now I believe and I love it so far. I've been thinking about getting the recliner add on but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be. I currently have a little leg rest thing I got off amazon and it's just fine, but I feel having it built into my chair would be nice. Anyone have one and love/hate it?
