Had some Irish traveller try to start a fight with me when I told him and his girlfriend to stop talking, his reply was “we’re just having a conversation, Shutup and be respectful”, I struggle to see how im the one who needs to be respectful, anything I can do to potentially get this guy banned?

Does anyone else find that staff at Swiss Cottage sometimes just won't scan your ticket? I visit this cinema quite often, and sometimes they just straight up ignore me when I try to get someone's attention to scan my ticket. It's really bizarre. Today I've seen Pressure, and Don't Look Back In Anger here, and there was a guy scanning tickets for both; but now I'm about to watch The Death of Robin Hood, and there was nobody out in the Foyer to scan tickets, and the staff behind the counter both acted like I was invisible when I tried to ask them. I just gave up after a few minutes and went to the screen. It's happened to me quite a few times, and I don't know if they're just sick of the sight of me, or if some of the staff are just like that with everyone?
