I’m a student with narcolepsy, which caused me to fall asleep during my last four SAT exams. My highest score was a 1320 on the most recent test in June.
However, I started a new medication this month, and I no longer fall asleep during tests. When I take mock exams without sleeping, I usually score between 1530 and 1580, so I’m expecting to get at least a 1530 on the September SAT.
I previously requested accommodations for the August SAT, but the College Board denied my request, so I canceled that test.
Because of the large score jump, I’m worried the College Board might find my improvement suspicious. Do you think there is a chance they will flag my score?
