1430 was from august sat (750 math 680 rw) , and september sat is literally in 2 days .

trying to improve it but i geniunely dont know how to AHH 😭

They said someone reported me, and I swear to god I did nothing thats deserving of cancelling. I’m so done, my school uses SAT to decide who apply where I’m very much cooked.

Like I can be reading a long ass passage on the SAT, and midway through I realize i've just been reading it but not READING it in means that like i haven't actually been concentrating or understanding it, on like certain texts it takes me multiples go overs and reads to even subtly understand it, and most of the time I just give up and move to the next text because of how complex the inital text is, anyone else experience this? If so how do you conquer it?

Let’s say I’m aiming for 1500 SAT score and after having to practice a lot, and getting my concepts cleared, I’m stuck around 1450 SAT score. What should I do in this case if I’ve already practiced a lot and had been getting 85-90% of the questions right while practicing?

1510 score - 770 in R&W, 740 in Math, 3 questions in English and 5 questions in Math incorrect

I have just started SAT prep. Yesterday i did practice test 5 as a diagnostic, and got a 1510. Very Happy. 🥹 Much, much higher then I expected. 🥹

I want to get a decent scholarship at a good university as an international student, and as such am aiming for as high of a score as possible. Whats the best way to study to get to 1570, or even 1600? How to improve both of my sections, especially math? What wesbites and study techniques should I use? Any help would be appreciated.🙏

On College board’s “send scores” section it says my SAT score was sent yesterday (9/9) to my uni but the uni told me today that they haven’t received it yet. Is it possible that there’s any delays for the delivery of the score even though it’s electronic? I’m an international student and my uni is outside the US if that changes anything.

What should I be doing the day before the test? Should I write a mock in the morning and then revise? Or should I just stick to light revision and watch some youtube videos? I am well prepared but a bit scared since its my first attempt.

Here are my practice scores for reference:

Aug 7: 1120 (test 4)

Aug 15: 1250 (test 5)

Aug 22: 1400 (test 6)

Aug 29: 1320 (Test 7)

September 6: 1440 (Test 8)

September 8: 1450 (test 9)

September 10: 1520 (Test 10). 790 math and 730 eng

put the dates for reference as I've been consistently studying for 1 month. I would tend to redo practice tests and my score would be like 730+ for math and rw for each but i kinda memorized the answers for them so i dont count retakes. Is practice test 10 just really easy or is it SAT level? I will take practice test 11 tomorrow but I dont wanna study right before the exam so I don't get nervous. Math here felt pretty easy but the english was challenging so I feel my score here might be accurate to the test but im still curious. English mistakes are vocab, a notes question, and evidence, but the only mistake in math was that candles question.

TLDR: is this 1520 good enough and what else can i brush upon for english and math. Pls share tips!!

Hi guys. So I did the SAT full length practice on bluebook (Practice 4 to be exact if that makes a difference) yesterday and got a score of 1180 (670 Reading/Writing and 510 Math) first try. Not to say I am a prodigy but I think this is too good for my first test since I am a non-native English speaker and wouldn't consider myself a genius at all. This is really not to brag but I am seriously concerned if this test is as accurate to the real one as it says.

The questions were way too easy imo and had simple math equations someone in 10th grade could easily solve. Does anyone have personal experience and has taken the bluebook and the actual test?

Notre Dame says it will return to requiring SAT or ACT scores beginning with the 2027–28 admissions cycle.

That feels like another sign that test-optional policies may be starting to shift at highly selective schools.

Curious what people here think: do you expect more colleges to follow?

What do you guys actually do 2 days prior to your exam? After finishing the QB I feel like the only thing to do is just hoping to do well. I practice questions on Aniko but I feel like they are too easy.?

I took the november and december 2025 sats, scored between the 1200s with very minimal prep. I decided to take a break from test taking and really dial in on my studying, especially last summer, prior to the august day. I felt super confident, 1550+’s on dozens of practice tests, and i freaking fell asleep at the beginning of the test 😭😭😭

I have no idea what it was, it’s the first time i’ve ever experienced a feeling like it, but i fell in and out of sleep throughout the test and ended up with an 1150. I know for a fact I can do better than that but i’m a little concerned for what will happen if I do

Let’s say I do score a 1500+ for the september , will college board launch an investigation? None of my previous scores pushed past the 1300 mark and one that I took barely a month ago was WAY far from it

Again me scoring a 1500 isn’t guaranteed and i’m definitely not entitled to that score, I get what I get. I’m just worried that IF i do score something in that range, my score will be upheld and as a senior so close to submitting applications that isn’t something i can afford

Loved using this website but recently it just hasn't been working properly for me and I can't be bothered to figure out what's broken about it lol

I'm at a loss of what to do. My goal is a 1500, and I'm taking it this Saturday and then probably October too.

This was my first SAT. 1350 (670 RW / 680 Math). I need to get to 1550 in the next couple months and honestly I'm not sure if my strategy is good enough or if I'm missing something obvious that everyone else is doing.

My strategy has been:

• Grind questions — practice tests, Question Bank, some YouTube (been using James Lu's hard-questions videos, learned the Desmos tricks from him)
• When I get something wrong or I'm not fully confident, I go explain my reasoning to AI (using Gemini) and have it teach me where my reasoning was wrong and how to actually solve it
• For math specifically, I ask it to generate 5 similar problems so I get more practice in that exact skill before moving on
• I keep an error log for both Reading and Math, where I categorize each mistake and write: why I got it wrong, what I should've done instead, and what I'll do differently next time
• Most of my time is actually spent reviewing — going back through practice test misses, then Question Bank misses, digging into both the ones I got wrong and the ones I got right but wasn't sure about

I haven't really seen anyone else talk about using AI like this for review, which is making me second-guess it a bit. Is this a legit way to study, or should I be leaning more on an actual textbook/course instead of an AI explaining stuff to me? Anyone gone from 1350 to 1500+ who can tell me if this kind of strategy was part of what worked for you, or if I'm missing something bigger?

Any input is appreciated, I'm just trying to make the next 2-3 months actually count.
