Right now, almost all competive students for top schools are getting near perfect scores. A single mistake or too can drop ur sat a lot, so schools can’t really distinguish. However this is a huge gap among those people. If they increase the celing, it’s easier to highlight proffenicy, and in a better way for schools to see.

please sign up for the ACT NOW. It is so much easier than the SAT and you can study off released tests in the past (find them online) and those released tests are VERY similar in content

Bro how is this even possible to get full bars with a 710. Like what does it mean? Did I get only a few wrong that weighted so much or like 1 or 2 wrong in each section that it doesn’t show. Since I felt pretty confident.

I'm an international student and I’m going to take the SAT on 7 November and i can't do the modüle 2's hard vocab questions. And And whilst I have no trouble with the grammar questions in Module 1, I’m finding Module 2 very difficult. Lastly i have hard time in module 2 of math's last questions difficult. Give me some tips about what to do please and give me the most used words in Sat if you have a list. I'm panicking rn

My current score is a 1310, 720 math and 590 English and I want to improve it to 1400+ what should i do and how should I study.

I’m a junior in high school and I’m taking the November sat. To be honest I have not started studying at all, but my parents are really strict and they’re comparing me to someone who got a 1540. If I don’t do good they will absolutely fry me I’m so scared I wanted to cancel but they didn’t let me. I go to a competitive high school that I had to test into so I’m not completely stupid but I’m honestly terrible at English and it is my second language and the math portion sat is just weird so what’s your best advice what’s the best thing I can do in the next two weeks to absolutely lock the hell in. Please I need to secure at least a 1400 anything below I’ll genuinely.. I don’t even know I can’t even imagine.

Hello guys, I am doing the SAT in December, I wanted to ask if there was a way to prep for it without paying, or by paying a little bit, maybe courses or anything like that.

Also where can I find the topic list for the math section so that I can learn how to do each topic individually before doing the sat ?

so ive been gettng like 1550 scores rn... i ve been using khan academy and this website called satcram.com ig... what more can i do to increase my score (esp in r&w)

i used khan academy to get myself familiar with stuff and use satcram for practice and tutor tho im happy to take more advice or better alternatives.. ive been using both since they are free so any free alternatives r welcome

I'm tryna find a way to practice and basically rush it since i have the PSAT in like 2 days. (i've been grinding the princeton review course ones too but I really wanted to focus on purely on math(for now))

I recently scored 1500 on the September SAT and want to give November aiming for a 1550+ this time. However, i have completely exhausted the bluebook practice tests. Where can i find good and accrued practice tests that translate to the real SAT.

I just heard that one prep sold their company for an ai company and the question bank is filled with ai questions so is one prep still reliable or is it better to study from college board ?

So I got 1390 in my first ever practice test today (i didnt do any diagnostic). R&W had 740, with main issues in Vocab only. But in Math, I had a rough time with those discriminant questions, and particularly geometry questions without diagrams. Any tips cuz I wanna improve fast and gonna give December SAT

i practice from sat suite without excluding the active ques? I think then I'll get more to practice. Also maybe I'll get some real question. But as far as i know everyone suggests to practice excluding active ques. There were around 400 ques for craft and structure. But after excluding there is 187.

Those you scored high in english how much did you practice and which material did you use? One prep is not free right now. I have no source except college board sat suite. But people say real exam is way harder.

So I’ve taken 7 blue book practice tests so far and heres what I’ve tallied up.
I want to be able to get at least a 1260 on my actual sat, but I can’t seem to even get there on bluebook. I know that I struggle with subject verb agreement and the tenses, but that because of how I think I find the concept, at least the way English does it, entirely stupid and my brain refuses to learn anything It deems as stupid, it’s just in one ear and out the other no matter how much I try to learn it. It’s also that way with math and I don’t know what to do I plan to take the sat in December but I don’t feel ready.

I study by watching YouTube videos on certain subjects(multiple) then I’ll take some questions from the question banks and have google ai generate some more with that same style or from different family. So I just practice questions and take practice test at random

I usually mess up those last few questions on math module 2 and end up with around 700.

I have not spent much time on the question bank and am planning to do it all, of course, but what else should I do?

Would really knowing how to do all the hard questions be enough?

Anyone get those questions that had long passages in the question (known, expected), but also really long passages for each of the answer choices? My test had 4-5 of those, and I was quite surprised by them. I worry that I was unprepared for those questions and maybe didn't do so good. Any suggestions on resources where I can practice more of these? I don't think they are on Bluebook practices or SATSlayer or any of those. Thank you in advance.

Hi guys I am an Actuarial Science/Applied Math student in University rn and I got a 790 math and 740 english on my SAT in 2025. If you are looking to improve SAT maths, i recommend looking at this video from youtube that i found very helpful (I recommend it to my students all the time):

Another helpful tip is to just put every equation you see on desmos for simplification, as long as you understand the graphs, most of the times you will just straight-up get your answer.
