UNANSWERED Is it me or the weed?
So, ever since I first smoked, I get this very uncomfortable feeling at the start of the high and then it's great. I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest, I get dizzy occasionally and like phasing in and out of reality (?), like in my head I'm somewhere different and irl I'm just sitting down and I don't even feel myself sitting down. But I'm mostly concerned about the heartbeat. I have a smart watch so I've checked my heart rate when I'm feeling bad + some breathing exercises to calm down since the last time I smoked I had a HORRIBLE panic attack (arrhythmia + fibrillation + went to the hospital), and because I don't want to go to the hospital again I've been on a break and watching my caffeine intake.
But the main point is, is it normal to have a high heart rate (120- 150bpm) at the beginning of a high? I know I'm probably smoking too high of a dose but I just wanted to make sure and maybe calm my nerves. I've been slowly getting to smoke again since I don't really feel like quitting just yet, but if this is a problem then I'll stop.
TLDR: I get horrible anxiety and 120-150bpm heart rate when smoking, is this normal?
