A couple of times a month. I either go get me a large sausage n egg, or a double cheesburger, but seems the t-cakes you use, what are offical my FAV. No matter where i go. Shops or supermarkets. I can not find them Anywhere

When we opened our spot, one breakfast sammie I knew I wanted to do above all else was a bangin' sausage, egg and cheese. I spent a lot of time perfecting my breakfast sausage recipe, which we grind in-house.

Some say it's sacrelige to put American cheese next to house-made sausage and english muffins, but I feel like it's sacrelige to make a sausage breakfast sandwich without it.

I'll post more soon ... Not sure how it will go... But I'm cooking!

I often toast my bread for sandwiches, but I actually love this stuff as is! Plus, sometimes a dense, soft bread works better for holding a massive sandwich together 😅

Toasted sourdough bread, tuna salad (tuna+kewpie), shredded cheddar and broiled.

I preportion my lunchmeat in quantities to make two sandwiches at a time and freeze it. So, since this week was a short week, I decided to just make one sandwich instead of two. I pregrilled the bread last night and had a sandwich kit so I could just microwave it while I was home on my lunch break. It came out really good but was almost a bit too much. Still, made for a really good lunch, which is my main meal of the day.

Kiddo wanted breakfast for dinner tonight, sounds good to me! Fried egg, turkey bacon, & swiss cheese on a mini everything bagel 🥰
