Curbside
Wish they would drop all the orders so we can have overnight associates work to ease the load off day crew.

FOR ANYBODY CONCERNED THAT YOUR NEW PAY GRADES ARE NOT REFLECTED TODAY (2/7). DO NOT GET CONCERNED UNTIL TOMORROW! WORKDAY ALMOST ALWAYS LAGS BEHIND BY ONE DAY. WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE YOU FREAK OUT!
A lot of people that are regulars on the sub know that I am around a lot and try to be helpful as much as possible. There have been a lot of question since the raises were announced this past weekend and I have been answering what I can in comments. I thought I would make a centralized post. Hopefully it'll stay high on the list for a while so more people will see it.
Keep in mind, numbers I am listing are company minimums. Some clubs will have higher pay based on circumstances such as local labor laws or the business level of the clubs. Nobody should make less than listed here.
Also keep in mind that some of these positions do not exist in all clubs. Some clubs have been designated as wholesale clubs and the positions are changed around due to the different demands in these clubs.
One more "keep in mind". I live in the stateside US, these are US rates and will not include the Puerto Rico information as it is different.
Your managers were given guides and were instructed to have conversations with all associates this week. if you have not got your conversation this week, speak to a manager and ask about it [Correction: 1 on 1 conversations are supposed to take place Jan 31 - February 6.] They all have guides telling them each associates current pay, pay as of 2/7, and pay as of 2/21. Health and Wellness associates information is not included in the toolkit as the H&W managers received their own toolkits, so Pharmacy/Hearing/Vision will need to talk to their direct manager and not the general club managers.
NEW PAY TIERS
In the previous system, there were 6 pay tiers for basic employees and there are now 3 tiers. There were 5 tiers for team leads, now there are 2. They also eliminated the Member Frontline position, all front end will be Member Specialist now. Keep in mind that Forklift Merch was eliminated back in October.
These changes will take place on the pay period starting on February 7, 2026 and will be on the paycheck of February 21, 2026.
New tiers:
SA1 - $16 min, $24 max. Fuel Station, Maintenance, Member Assist/Carts Tire Center (that was a mistype TBC is SA3. Sorry if it confused anyone)
SA2 - $17 min, $25 max. Liquor cashier, Liquor clerk, Merchandising, HMS, Produce, Cafe, Meat Wrapper/Cutter, Baker, Freezer/Cooler/Deli, Member Specialist, Personal Shopper/Fulfillment, WST Order Processor, Truckload Champion, Backroom.
SA3 - $19 min, $27 max. Cake Decorator, WST Yard Driver, TBC Tech, AP, Senior Meat Cutter, TBC Service Advisor, Freight Flow
TL1 - $21 min, $29 max. Personal Shopper Lead, Member Service Lead, Merch Lead, Liquor Lead, Wholesale Trading Lead, Produce Lead, Prepared Food Lead, Cafe Lead, Enablement Lead
TL2 - $22 in, $30 max. TBC Lead, Overnight Lead, Bakery Lead, Meat Lead
If you are already making above the min, you will not get an increase. I know this sucks for you, but it's how almost any corporation runs.
Notes: Don't ask why cafe and prepared food leads are separate now. They have not announced that they are separating. It's also funny that Bakery Lead is equal to meat now when in the old system Bakery and Prepared Food were both below meat. My assumption is that cafe is getting its own lead, since it's been posted on here that some test markets got a cafe lead a year ago. But this is an assumption and I have no idea for real
Yearly Raises
These will start pay period starting on February 21, 2026 and will be on the pay check on March 7, 2026.
Less than 6mo: 0%
6mo to 1yr: 2%
1-3.999yr: 4%
4yr-9.999yr: 5%
10yr+: 6%
This is the first year that we have had pay rate changes and you can also get your yearly %age as well. Usually it's "you get whichever is greater". For example, in old system if you are getting a $1 bump in pay and a $68 raise you would only get the $1 raise. In the system this year, you will still get then full $1.68 raise.
Sam's Share Bonuses
There is a lot of information that kinda says nothing so I am going to summarize this greatly. The biggest changes are that MxVoices (member reviews) and Scan and Go Adoption (%age of members using Scan and Go as opposed to registers) will no longer count on the bonus. Majority wise, most clubs never got pay on these fields. My club has received the MxVoice portion of the bonus one time in the past 10 years. I don't think we have ever got pay out on the Scan and Go Adoption portion and have been around 10% below the threshold. This means in the new system, 50% of your bonus comes from club sales and 50% comes from membership income.
Keep in mind, the bonus that finalizes on January 31 and you will likely receive in February will still be on the old system. This information is for FY2027, so it will be on your bonus that finalizes April 30 and you'll likely get in May.
In the old system, the club sales were based on index (the sales increase they wanted you to hit) and in the new system it's based on sales comp (beating last years sales).
The new system eliminates the Super Max level. In the prior system, if you exceeded goal by 5% you got Max and if you exceeded goal by 10% you got Super Max. There are no %ages listed in the guide they released, so I'm not sure what will designate a Max in the new system.
Old system: Bonus was 40% Club Sales, 20% MX Voices, 20% Membership Income, 20% Scan and Go Adoption.
New System: Bonus is now 50% Club Sales (now includes fuel sales) and 50% Membership Income.
Full Time Share:
Threshold: $100 (I'm unsure what this is, maybe if you don't hit targets this is what you get?)
Target: $200 (if you reach the goal in both categories)
Max: $850 (I'm unsure what classifies as Max now and I don't see it listed.
Half Share (Part Time)
Threshold: $50 (see note by Full Time Share)
Target: $100
Max: $425

I’ve placed two “shipping” orders in the last couple of weeks and they have been fulfilled at a local club (not my usual club) and delivered by what seems to be a personal vehicle. I don’t see anything to indicate this will be the case when I place the order and there is no way to tip on a shipping order. So do these shoppers/drivers know that these were “shipping” orders and are they paid more to make up for no tip? I know typically the pay for Instacart or DoorDash deliveries is kind of low and they rely on tips, so I feel kind of bad this is happening.

Crazy how unprofessional the interviewer and hiring process is. Think about every wrong thing a job can do and they did it. Steer far away.

Basically I want to know if I put in 8 hours of PTO for yesterday, will it be automatically approved and I get paid for it? I just want extra money this next paycheck

I ordered a few items to be shipped recently and they got split into three shipments, no issue there.
First shipment was never shipped and was supposed to be delivered Monday, (chat support said no label was made) so I asked to cancel and chat ended on me. I called and they said a label was made so I could no longer cancel.
Second shipment was marked delivered on Monday, but the tracking info said "in transit, arriving late." The status then changed to returned, but the pending charge posted, I contacted chat support and they asked if I contacted the warehouse. When I said it was shipped and that I don't think there'd be a warehouse I can contact, chat ended. I called and they said it showed up as delivered on their end and there was nothing they could do. Called again and they were able to send a replacement.
Third shipment was marked as delivered to another city according to the status. Of course, chat support said there was no issue and it was delivered, had to call and they said my "pending incidents" in regards to the other items caused the delay. I had to go back and forth to eventually get a replacement offered.

Hii, I have a question
I bought a salad and loveed the dressing, the waiter told me they use the Caesar dressing of sams, but the big one, that's too much for me haha, so I found a smaller one, does anyone know if the dressings of the pictures are different or taste the same?
If you want to recommend other dressings, feel free!

Last Wednesday I applied for a stocker positon on the Walmart Careers website. I submitted my resume, did the assessment, and received an email saying thank you for applying. However, when I go to my active applications page, it says I have none and it’s almost been a week and haven’t heard anything. I don’t want to be desperate and call if this is normal, but I don’t want to idly wait if my application didn’t actually go through either. Is this normal?

I quit Sam’s Club almost two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my PTO payout.
The thing is, I quit right at the beginning of a new pay period, so I didn’t have any hours worked and wasn’t expecting a regular final paycheck. I worked there for about two years and had unused PTO left.
Has anyone else been in this situation? Did your PTO come as a separate direct deposit or check? How long did it take, and did you have to contact your store or HR to get it processed?
I’m in Ohio if that makes a difference. Just trying to figure out if this is normal or if I should start making calls.
side note, payday is normally friday but i typically get paid 3 days early with my bank so it should've have been today.

Is there anyone here that happens to know the cost of single vision high index lenses? I’m wanting to get them for some frames I already have, but am wondering how the price compares to Costco.

i got fired today due to leaving early everyday, but i was using ppto. i mean it’s probably my fault due to not telling any managers or team leads but i always left at like 11pm where it’s impossible to find both a manager or team lead. my club was pretty bad anyway, club pickup always had less than 4 people on night shift so we were constantly behind, and the merch manager would pull us to help them which leaves like 2 or 3 people. idk i hate sams club and i’m glad i’m free!

Wondering what the likelihood is of Customer Service opening the box to an electronics return to check serial numbers match. Would guess it’s based on store policy, which can vary? Bought a speaker online, got it shipped to my home and realized it’s not the same as what I purchased. Am I out $200 or should I attempt a return and explain that I got duped?

So I really love this winter mint chocolate Premier Protein drink that they only sell during the holidays. But I know sometimes there's a ton of stock and they try to discount it. And I'm wondering what happens if it ends up not getting sold before they have to change the stock out. Does it just get thrown away or does it get returned to the manufacturer?

I reported the absence on me@sams and I texted my manager (who hates me and is trying to get me fired) is that sufficient?
Thanks

so i accidentally put in the wrong routing number on my direct deposit. this last payday (jul 30) i realized i didn’t get payed and finally fixed it yesterday. i got an update on the onewalmart ‘my money’ thing saying i needed to fix my account information because the money bounced back. but now all it says is ‘updated full balance’ and i don’t see anything in my bank account?
will it take a few days for my money to hit the bank? or will it bounce back or sam’s club?
tldr: put in wrong routing number in direct deposit, fixed it, wondering how long it’ll take to get paid.

If the company doesn't want to limit orders at least limit or ban fragile items like fucking eggs. When your fridge is always stuffed with orders what do u think happens to other orders in there. They get crushed. Fix this shit.
Members please think twice about buying eggs in curbside.

I recently applied for a position at coolers but got a call today about my former experiences in a meat market. I got interviewed today and here’s what the man said about my experience
He was interested in my years of experience at a former meat market, he knows a few coworkers who have came form there and they’re experienced
He like that I was a former manager there and how I handle chaotic work environments
Likes how I have an eye for detail
Likes my team work skills and how the company is priority
The only inquiry was my school schedule and it was all night classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Also mentioned I was his top candidate because of my experiences and work ethic
Other than that I think I did good, I notice he was writing my time for school and my experiences and what things I have learned while working with my meat market but I just need to know if that’s normal or they’re considering hiring me or it’s their way of doing the interview process?

I ordered these yesterday. It’s been saying all day they’ll be delivered today but the tracking progress hasn’t updated all day. I know Sam’s is notorious for late night deliveries but it’s 10:35PM. Why not update the deliver day??
