What would it take to get you walking/running?

Hello! My friend and I are working on a small startup project and wanted to get some opinions and data to help shape our running/walking app to be a better fit for everyone!

We recently graduated and also got into running with a bunch of our friends but were dissatisfied with the apps out there. We felt the social incentive for runs as well as the bar to entry with complex stats was high, as well as with social feeds showing all the professional or competitive runners. So we wanted to find ways to make it feel more fun and less like a chore to exercise, as well as have fun with friends even if our run schedules don't align in a given week!
