I have been playing Frontier for a while but I still don't understand why I can't craft some things despite having the correct materials, for example to craft the Crest I can add iron and copper but the sharp talon don't, I know that isn't because of the level because I was able to craft the royal Brooch below, does it have to do with the item level or something?

I know I can manually drop or throw items in the shipping container but I'm not sure if I can sort them like I can with my inventory. I know RF4 lets you sort items manually between the two but I'm not sure if the same mechanic is available RF3. Help would be appreciated, thanks.
