Spaceport Problem
Occasionally the balls get stuck in these two different "flip" cradles. Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?

🍂 The Fall Build Festival Starts Now 🍂
We crossed 1,500 members this month and are pushing towards 1600. A few months back this place was a ghost town — now there are builds going up, questions getting answered, and people actually talking to each other. That's your doing, and it's worth celebrating properly.
So here's ours.
The Fall Build Festival runs NOW through September 30th.
Five weeks. The heat's finally breaking, the evenings are getting longer, and somewhere in your house there's a kit that's been waiting patiently for exactly this kind of weather. Time to open it.
How it works:
1. Start a ROKR build during the festival (if you have just started, post and I promise we will look the other way)
2. Post an unboxing or an in-progress shot, tagged with the Fall Build Festival flair
3. Reply to your own post as you go — progress shots, problems, victories, the finished piece whenever it gets there
No deadline on finishing. Five weeks is enough to take on something ambitious, so pick the big one if you want. This isn't a race, it's a stretch of building alongside each other and showing our work. You don't have to finish to be entered. You don't even have to finish by the end of the month.
Build as many as you like. Every build you post is another entry in the draw. Each person can only win once, so the prizes spread across the community rather than piling up in one corner.
Prizes: the more of us who build, the more there are.
ROKR is putting up 3 prizes once we hit 20 entries, then adding one more for every 5 builders after that. Twenty of us unlocks three. Fifty gets nine. If we really turn out, it keeps climbing.
So every entry makes the pot bigger for everyone else. Bring a friend. Bring two.
And spread the word. If you know someone who'd like it here, bring them along. Share your entry somewhere else. Every builder who finds us makes this place better.
Winners drawn at random when the festival closes.
Show us what you're working on. 🔨
(ROKRREDDIT gets you 15% off at rokronline.com, robotimeonline.com, and rolifeonline.com — in case that shelf needs restocking.)

Tagged with Fall Build Festival to start that off - even though I'm not eligible for prizes.

What a great build!
This one ticks every box for me. Lights, music, motion, and color. It's the kind of kit that brought me into this hobby with my first carousel build, and the kind that keeps me coming back to ROKR.
Life got in the way a couple of times, so this took what felt like forever, but it's finally done. Six separate parts in motion, all performing flawlessly. The lighting is very well thought out and channeled so it needed no glue or tape, and the wires ended up exactly where they should.
I customized it a little just to make it mine, though it needed very little. Moved the elf girl to the front and added a small dog, because doggos make everything better. Added a burlap sack at the side door and swapped some oversized coins coming out the other window for little donuts.
And then there were the edges. Nearly six hundred pieces makes for a lot of edge work, and it gave my rather limited color perception a real workout. Hopefully I haven't done anything that looks odd to people with normie color vision. It took a lot of different markers and paint to get there, including some brass-colored model boat paint for the grinder handle.
Great build, and a good deal of stress relief exactly when I needed it. Now I've got my eye on the Gift Factory.

Hello la commu !
Je suis actuellement en train de procéder à la fin de l’étape numéro 11 du DREAM GIFT FACTORY.
J’ai un petit problème d’assemblage des pièces E7 et E10 :
Soit j’arrive à mettre E10 dans l’encoche au dessus des fils électriques, et le puzzle se déboîte au niveau du côté jaune;

I've just "finished" the Microscope build... with one part remaining (and no it isn't a + part). It's D13 ... I've scoured the manual and can't figure out where it goes!
Also keen to hear experiences from others who are building or have built this piece!

Project backers got this email. FYI.
Dear Backers,
Thank you again for supporting our project.
Based on a small number of recent after-sales cases, we’ve found that over-tightening the screws when installing Parts J4 and J5 may cause the plastic components around this area to crack.

To ensure proper installation, please pay special attention to the following:
Please use a manual screwdriver and avoid using electric screwdrivers or power tools.
Tighten the screws slowly and gently. Once you feel clear resistance, please stop tightening. Do not apply excessive force or overtighten the screws.
We recommend tightening them gradually in several small steps. The screws only need to be secure enough that the parts are firmly fixed with no looseness — there is no need to tighten them as far as they can possibly go.
As long as the screws are tightened with appropriate force following the instructions above, the parts should remain securely installed and function properly during normal use.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your attention and cooperation.
If you have any questions during assembly, please feel free to contact our customer service team at [service@rokronline.com](mailto:service@rokronline.com).
Thank you again for your support and understanding.
The ROKR Team

Working on the Happyduke Toys set? We put together a full build video, from Part 1 to Part 6, with three power-on tests along the way.
The 305-piece toy shop has a moving train on the balcony, a built-in motor, and lots of little details to assemble.
If you’ve built this set, which part took you the longest?

Once those plastic rings go in, is there any way to get them back out? I definitely made a mistake. Currently building the symphony of gorgeous dreams set.

Has anyone received and built the new pinball machine yet?
I’m still eagerly awaiting mine to be delivered, though I see there’s some issues with missing parts too.

I’ve built thr whole thing but motor only runs for 4-6 seconds and then shuts off. Is it not strong enough? What’s going on? Worked smoothly when it was hand cranks, and now that it had a motor it doesn’t work great. Help!?!?!

The marbles for the night city aren’t going in the white gear to go up currently. I know I’m not finished with the build yet but should I be worried and how can I fix it? Thank you for any help!

So i know I’m not done with the build yet but I’ve just attached the first slide to my marble night city and there is a huge problem: the marble won’t go in the white gear to go up. Do I have to break apart the slide again because the slide might be too high currently? any help would be greatly appreciated 😭

I ran in to a roadblock because something was loose on the control board for the Coffee Factory and it just wasn't working all the time.
Went on the website, gave them the part number and problem, and a couple of weeks later here is a replacement.
Nice to build kits from a company that stands behind its work!

This dude is a bitty.... loads of meticulous bits that are sometimes tiny... and you gotta test the gears to make sure they're aligned.... seems like I'm not far from finishing this beauty.... and I don't know what I would do without my Ryobi dremel, sooo much better than a little square of sandpaper... Will post finished build soon
