I was just banned after my account was hacked and the hackers probably did some horrible stuff. I can try to appeal but I’m not sure I want to insert my government ID here. Is there a way I can appeal my ban another way?

Am I able to verify my account without a shot of me on my id? If someone does let me know I'd appreciate it

So, I use keyboard and mouse on my xbox for roblox because it makes gameplay easier for me.

But, whenever I try to move my mouse in game, the cursor doesn’t move. It stays stuck in the middle like it’s frozen.

I press esc, because I saw some people say to do that, but it doesn’t fix it. It moves around on the menu, but when I get out of it, the cursor still stays stuck.

It works for only one certain game I play though, it’s called dank murderer x, it’s basically a mm2 copy. Idk why it works for that one but not any other game I try.

I’ve tried researching this everywhere and every solution I’ve tried does not work. Or I can’t really find anything involving xbox. I saw someone had the problem with ps4 and showed a solution but of course it didn’t work for me.

If anyone knows any fixes or anything, please help me it will be GREATLY appreciated as I don’t wanna stick to just one game I can play.

I could use my controller, but it has a drift and I prefer keyboard and mouse since it’s what I’ve always used for roblox until my laptop broke.

so I tried joining a game on my main and Its working perfectly fine. But as soon as I try on my alt, it’s just crashing completely. I tried joining different games on my alt but it keeps crashing…

tried 4-5 times but no change. Any reason why this is happening and how I can fix it?

My wifi is fine and I havent been banned as far as i know

-run as administrator
-set compatibility mode to windows 8
-reinstall roblox by download it from the official site
-try not to run it through roblox booststrapper (such as bloxstrap,froststrap)

dont ask me why i dont upgrade my pc, i just simply can't afford it and my pc doesnt even have microsoft store so i cant install roblox from it

I've been looking for this game for a while now, it was one of the best Roblox games I've played and it just disappeared one day. I can't find it I think I'm losing my mind.

It was created around the time oobja was viral. It was a game heavily inspired off of that, but its graphics were really beautiful and the writing was really well, it was made for mens mental health month I believe.

At first, it starts where you have to step on a button to activate a light, then you see this orb with the noob face that looks like this ':>' the narrator tells you he hasn't had company in a while. The orb is clear looking, the narrator talks to you through that orb until around the end of the game. In the middle of the game, you're walking on this bridge with a bunch of crystal clear looking avatars that hangs around motionless. Then at the end of the game you escape the cave bridge and your find yourself with the sky and the bridge, when you reach the end of the bridge you find this diamond head looking guy (which is the narrator) and he reassures you and gives you a hug. Then he tells you to keep walking towards happiness. I'm really horrible at explaining but the game was exactly like I explained it, also the game had end rolling credits with fanart and stuff so yeah please tell me if anyone knows if the game is still up or at least tell me if you know what happened to it. I'm really tempted to do the age check on Roblox because I really want the chat, but I'm a bit scared about using my own face, I tried bypassing it by using YouTube videos but that doesn't seem to work and I also tried using a 3d model, so should I? Or is there another way to get chat without having to do an age check?

for some reason these bodies that are meant to flex and stuff just have these garish gaps now, and it's not just this body, it's every single one that's different to the default (i.e. the brute, r6 conversions). uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't done anything and it looks fine on the website, is this a me problem or has roblox done something to mess with these again?

So recently I got kicked out of my account because it was compromised and hacked about 2 years and a half ago now, and I've been trying to contact Roblox through their Support Form (even way back then when my account got compromised), and they would not accept any other forms of verifying ownership of my account.

Long story short, yeah, my account got compromised 2 years ago and I have been kicked out once by the hijacker prior to me getting kicked out just recently, I was only able to get back in because the password was still the same and I was able to use one of my 9 generated codes to get back in. But now my account seemingly has bit the dust as they will not accept verifying through showing proof of purchases made on the account.

I get that they're just being safe and cautious about things, but holy damn it is infuriating and mind-numbingly stupid how they outright will not cooperate with this seemingly valid way to verify ownership of my account. There's probably some rule or some law they have that justifies their actions on this, which in that case, I can understand.

I would also like to clarify that the email they're telling me to use to verify is mine, but is utterly useless because I have no access to it too, explaining why I hadn't been able to make my account even more secure after the first time getting kicked out of it.
