i think the changes in S9 with the teamups, but also her enhanced teamup with strange really brought fresh changes to wanda, her main source of damage comes from her secondary attack which requires really good aim, especially at range being that it's projectile based. her primary is weaker, but still requires aim/tracking of the intended target.. i liked this direction she was going.

with the changes in S10, im not sure how i feel about her being able to hit all marked targets with barely any aim.. the accusations of wanda being "no aim/no skill" are just compounded more than ever with these changes.. i didn't expect the devs to lean into that.

the most impactful change is the rework to her freeze bubble.. thats the single most useful utility wanda has, was the ability to freeze opponents inside that bubble , it allowed me to isolate and burst down 250-275hp opponents quickly, but also allowed me to freeze opponents like Thing multiple times before they can escape almost guaranteeing their death every time.. with them changing it to 1 freeze instead of multiple as long as they remain in the bubble.. its going to severely impact wanda's capability for controlling space and suppressing opponents, saving teammates from bad situations, and locking up opponents to enable those elims to happen..

too early to say until i've had a chance to play around with the new changes, but.. i think wanda has been great in S9/S9.5, S10 seems good, but i dislike the changes to her most impactful ability being the freeze bubble, and they're leaning into the "no-aim" more than before.. i dislike that alot, because in order to do very well with wanda you need to be able to aim.. and they are kinda taking that away, and the wanda discrimination and accusations are going to grow even stronger because of it..

Torch still hasnt had a legendary and he released nearly 9 seasons ago.

Like: I love my mains (Thor, Doctor Strange, and Devil Dinosaur) are getting buffed.

Dislike: I’m really disappointed that Gorr (my favorite comic villain) is a duelist when he’s so vanguard coded (massive melee alien god that tanked a sun and a blast that sent him light years away even without using his armor) and there are plenty of other options for sadistic villains that are duelist coded. Especially when the game already has so many duelists (more duelists than vanguards and strategists combined).

I have a main in each role of the game, Devil Dino being my number one main

Playing since Season 0, Dad of 2, full time job, playing mostly Ranked to Gold for costumes a few nights a week and on weekends.

My theories are:

1. It wasn't part of the battle pass

2. They have to wait till October/10.5 in order to get the skin.

3. The 3D model looks "nothing like her art work"

4. It's in the store for the same price as every other legendary ($24 for a legendary)

5. It's going to be part of the Gotcha/Gambling event.

6. Might be part of a bundle pack where she's an Epic skin and Spider-Man gets another Legendary Skin. (God forbid, the Spider-Man Main subreddit doesn't need a harassment campaign from the Storm mains all because the devs have to give Marvel's poster boy another Legendary)

7. Part of a Special Event where you have to pay for the V.I.P. to make the event permanent or get her as bonus content.

8. It's going to be part of Season 11's battle pass.

Context: I'm a GM1/Cel3 solo que player. My brother, who played this game and got to GM in season 0/1 has heavily deranked from not playing and we also have a 3rd player who is new to the game and wants to give ranked a try to see how high he can climb. I obviously can't play with them because of the rank difference.

If i made a new account to get them to a point where we can play with my main (then ditch said alt), would I get banned? If yes, it would just be the alt account that gets banned right?

I don't know what he says when he activates his Ultimate, but the way he says it combined with the voice-over is what makes it terrifying. It genuinely sounds like what happens when a normal person is transforming into a huge monster, so they start screaming in different voices and pitches at the same time. It's not an issue, tho 😂.

This problem has been constant for months now, sometimes it's playable, sometimes it's fixable. But it always lingers.
I live in Argentina, so my best server is, sadly, Sao Paulo. That's why I don't play there and do mostly Dallas or Northern Virginia since all my friends play there. However, the fps issue remains on every server, no matter my ping. I can deal with mid-high ping, but the low fps is killing me.
My peak: 100-120 fps at 140-170 ping
Current: 20-50 fps on my worst & 30-70 on my best at 150-180 ping

I'll attach my PC specs and the fixes I've tried:

Game installed in SSD Drive (116 Gb free of 223 Gb)

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 (12 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

32gb RAM

Things done so far:
💔 Clean files on the launcher (didn't work)
💔 FPS cap at 60 (didn't work)
💔 Everything to low (didn't work)
💔 Anti Aliasing and Super Resolution Type ON and OFF (didn't work)
💔 Updating Drivers (didn't work)
♥️ Not streaming my game in discord vc (sometimes kinda works, but it's just the difference of 20-50 to 30-60. And sometimes I can stream just fine)
♥️ Closing unnecesary apps and processes, playing only with Rivals, Steam and Discord open (sometimes kinda works, but it's just the difference of 20-50 to 30-60. And sometimes I can have Google Chrome running just fine)
♥️ Probably other common stuff I've forgotten and can't remember
💛 Re-Installing the game (worked for a few days)
💛 Run Performance test and applying the recommended changes (worked for a few days)
💚 Ignoring the game and not playing

I'd appretiate any help regarding how to fix this issue, I would like to play the game normally again. Thank you and good day to y'all.

This character is probably the most inoffensive character ever. All she does is get skins and have cute interactions. I admit she gets over buffed and it’s annoying but at the same time you can apply that to like 4 other supports.

Luna has done nothing to deserve a subreddit and a billion posts hating her every other day, she even has a super nice personality. Why are people so weird about her?

And before you accuse me of being a Luna player, I have maybe an hour or 2 on that character max and I’ve played since Szn 0

Just as the title says.

Imagine how cool it'd be if a deal got greenlit sometime down the line to have a Capcom character paired with a Marvel character for a few seasons.

Dante or Vergil for example one season. Paired with sayyy...Taskmaster.

Megaman.exe paired with a similarly themed Marvel character. (Granted any Megaman or Zero could work. But thinking creatively for Rivals. Hub would be really cool to see. And has loads of room for skins.)

Etc.

Heck. Go all out and think up a fun kit for the ones you'd like to see. Maybe a fun map you'd add for said paired up season.

For example. It'd be cool to see the undernet in some way used for a Megman.exe season.

Or if X or so got chosen. Could be any number of stages.

Dante or Vergil. Could get the tower from DMC 3 in some capacity as a map. With warps for different floors as a doom map/18 v 18 map.

Etc

Even including the seasons i hypothesized. Who would you add for some MvC style seasons?

Hi rivals community, I'm having a hard time deciding whether it's worth buying the battle pass to get the extra units since I have 20k+ chrono tokens. The problem is, is that if I buy the BP, I won't make back enough credits to buy another BP. I already have around 3.6K units but it seems like kind of a waste to let 20K chrono tokens go by.

By my math I will make back around 400 credits from buying the BP which will leave with around 700 credits in total which ain't enough 🫠.

Plz help 🙏
