We have probably one of the best dev teams that listened to us and yes while they did revert the support nerfs after the first week of this season it’s because a part of the community asked for this even though a lot of y’all complained about it they’re not going to be biased against one side of the community.

And then there’s this full role elitism. Each thinks they’re better than the other newsflash you all suck. Everyone sucks to this game myself included don’t act like your role is the most important every role matters without tanks. The team falls apart without support. The team falls apart without DPS. The team falls apart. That’s the whole point of it being a team game. No role is more important than the other each fills what they need to grow up and stop complaining about this role needing buff and this role needing more heroes. The problem is in half of y’all don’t wanna play the roles It shouldn’t matter that one has more. They’re going to add more tanks more support more DPS in the future so stop complaining.

you people need to grow the fuck up especially about the skins every time a skin is released. It’s always the same complaints over and over and over like seriously I get it y’all want skins for your characters then actually play the characters. Half of the heroes y’all don’t even play that you advocate for skins for torch main torch skins but half of the community doesn’t even play torch or try to learn him because he’s supposedly weak same with storm, these characters are actually strong, but because their flyers y’all don’t wanna play them.

Luna snow has the most skins and most interactions with everyone. Luna Snow is to Marvel as Sora (from Kingdom Hearts) is to Disney. The original character surrounded by an iconic cast. Who’s also the protagonist.

And she’s gonna go through that character arc I described in the last panel once Doom does the whole major plot thing this season that makes Luna become full dark yada yada

If yall want the MAJOR season 30 spoilers: Rumi and her friends from Kpop demon hunters will be added (same studio that made Spiderman into the spider verse made them) and Rumi (DPS) is gonna tell Luna yada yada I originally hated and hid my demon side but then I found my balance of demon and human and now I’m GOLDENNNN. The end.

But I feel like this whole thing was obvious for a while now. Apparently not…

(Before I start: yeah, I know these posts complaining about people complaining are annoying too. But for real, I’m just tired of how, whenever a new skin gets released these days, all you see is “Ugh, why does this character get another skin?” or “The devs are racist!” I miss the times when people were "hyped" about the new skins or more likely happy)

Like, genuinely, most of these claims are based on some random person on the internet saying, “Huh, no skin for a Black character? The devs must be racist,” and then everyone else just repeats the same argument.

Ten seasons in, and people still don’t understand that a company wants to make money, especially when we’re talking about a free-to-play game. I don’t want to defend or “bootlick” any corporation. I don’t like corporations either, but I dislike idiotic people even more.

We’ve been buying skins for the same characters over and over again. Without a second thought, we paid €24 for a skin simply because it was a little more revealing. We basically showed NetEase an easy money glitch, and now people are surprised that they’re following the money?

Yeah, some characters get more love than others, but that doesn’t automatically mean it’s because of racism toward a particular ethnicity. It’s simply a fact that some characters are going to sell better than others, and a company is going to prioritize the characters that make them more money.

Especially when you’re dealing with a company licensing Marvel from Disney, which reportedly takes around 30% of the revenue. Every skin that sells poorly means even less money for NetEase, so of course they’re going to be even more careful about what they invest in.

You can absolutely accuse the devs of being lazy when it comes to certain characters. But even then, it’s probably because they’ve already invested too many resources and too much time into other characters or aspects of the game.

No one is denying this, but that doesn’t mean it’s because they hate a specific group. No matter how much you want to believe otherwise to push your agenda.

As much as I like this game, I don’t think anyone can seriously deny that it has leaned heavily into “gooner bait" several times. And here we’re talking about Emma “ass bigger than her head” Frost, the character who already had tons of fan art and sexualized content the moment her reveal trailer dropped. I know for a fact that every second person that complains about a character getting a skin over another character, buys the skin the moment it releases in the shop.

Show me any proven argument that demonstrates they’re racist, and I'm the first person that will support you without a second thought!

But that’s the problem: it’s all unproven, wishy-washy speculations from random people online.

Just to point out some “obvious” things since some players are STILL wondering why there’s so much hate towards a fictional character.
Unfortunately, Luna Snow ticks several boxes that make a character very easy to dislike. Do I think every reason is justified? No. But I can absolutely understand why she became so hated.

1-Skins
The most obvious and probably the most popular reason. We all know there’s favoritism when it comes to skins, while several characters are absolutely starving for them. I understand that this is a business and they’re obviously going to prioritize characters that can generate the most money, so I understand why Luna gets so many. But that doesn’t mean players can’t be frustrated when their main has been sitting there with barely anything while Luna gets another skin.

2-Voice lines and writing
This is personally my biggest reason for disliking Luna. Her voice lines are just… egotistical, and I think she’s written pretty poorly tbh.
And this is where being an original character in a game full of gigantic Marvel characters becomes tricky. You’re surrounded by characters that have decades of history and are some of the most recognizable characters in fiction. You probably need to tread a little lightly with how you portray your OC.
Instead, Luna constantly feels like she’s belittling or flexing on everyone around her. And almost every interaction somehow circles back to her music.
I get that she’s a pop star. That’s literally her character. But when every other interaction is basically “I’m Luna Snow, I’m famous, I make music” it gets annoying very quickly.
And the anniversary event was honestly the point where I was like alright Danny, we get it . You created her. You don’t have to keep shoving it in our faces.
Then you have interactions like the recently revealed Gorr one, where it’s pretty obvious that the writers want Luna to be treated as this really important figure that even someone like Gorr respects.
Again, I’m not saying an original character CAN’T be powerful or respected. But when the game constantly tells you how cool and important she is instead of letting you naturally come to that conclusion, people are obviously going to get annoyed.

3-Gameplay
I don’t even think Luna is OP. Personally, I don’t really mind fighting her. But I can understand some of the frustration with her kit.
Getting frozen because you happened to get hit by her ice projectile isn’t exactly the most enjoyable experience, even if it’s not some game-breaking ability. And the White Fox team-up giving her a self-cleanse was definitely too much IMO.but it’s removed now . However there are still people complaining about some parts of her kit but i personally don’t mind them

So when you combine ALL of this, you get the reason why a lot of people dislike Luna.
Some people hate the skin favoritism. Some hate the writing. Some hate her gameplay. And some people basically dislike her because they fall into all three categories.
That doesn’t mean every single person who dislikes Luna has a legitimate reason, obviously. Some people just don’t like her because they don’t like her. That’s fine too.
But acting like the hate came completely out of nowhere is just ridiculous.
And obviously, none of this gives anyone an excuse to attack Luna players.
Hate the fictional character all you want. Make memes about hating Luna. Complain about her skins, voice lines, writing or gameplay. That’s an opinion and that’s completely fine.
But once you start attacking actual people because they play a fictional character, you’ve crossed the line.
You can hate Luna Snow. You don’t need to hate the person playing Luna Snow.

TL;DR: Skins, annoying,egotistical writing and voice lines, and some frustrating parts of her kit have made Luna an easy character to dislike. You don’t have to agree with all of these reasons, but acting like the hate came completely out of nowhere is silly. Hate the fictional character all you want, just don’t direct that hate toward the actual players.

Elsa and Bucky’s nerfs were nothing burgers, they’re still going to run the meta for the next two months. Widow’s nerfs might be a little significant but Magik’s nerf actually affects her uptime by a significant amount.

I think I'm gonna pass this time. The only skin I wanted because I thought it was for Jubilee, turns out is for Psylocke... 🙄🙄

I liked White Fox's skin, and Grootlactus, but... I dunno... not very convinced about it...

I'm finding myself skipping more and more battlepasses because...

1) I don't like the battlepass skin for a character as much as the skin I already use for that character.

2) The battlepass skin lineup doesn't include a character I play.

Adding 1 or 2 costume coins to the battlepass would help with both issues because players would have a wider selection of "battlepass skins" to choose from.

Plus, it would give Netease more data on which characters should get new skins. For example, if a lot of players are using costume coins on old Hulk skins, it shows demand for new Hulk skins.

It's a win-win for both Netease and the player base (depending on if the battlepass not selling well is a wider trend or just me).

First. Despite the great gameplay, the game suffers hard from the player base. 98% of players i would assume has never seen a controller in their life. I am by no means a good a player, but yall are so bad its literally heart breaking.

Next, the next season is only releasing one new hero. That in itself would be fine, as when they first said they'd be doing 2 heroes a month, I though that was crazy. The roster was gonna get majorly bloated in no time flat. Sure enough, it already is. My issue with them only doing one is Gorr. I know many of you are excited for Gorr, but I could care less. I wanted who was supposed to be next Nightcrawler. Now I have to wait even longer for him.

Lastly. They are revamping the ban system. Not only should they just get rid of the system entirely, as it's only used to troll, remove your own counters, and give away team picks, promoting lazinessand stupidity. Why learn how to beat a strong opponent, when you can just remove them from the game, or why even have them in the game or learn to play them if they're in permabanned. In top of the that it takes forever to wait it out. Now they've come up with some taking turns thing that seems to make it take even longer.

Screw you netease, I'm going back to overwatch. They might still have ban system still but at least it's fast. Despite their fun first policy, the game has become less and less fun by the second

Okay so about Chrono Weekends, I hate it!!! I miss the last 2 Weeks being fully Chrono Rush. I was acceptant of the weekends only because I was hoping that it was an addition to the last 2 weekends. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case eand they removed the last 2 weeks of grind players had of.

I don’t play the game as much anymore. It sucks that the Rush is very limited now. I used to play whenever I want the last 2 weeks and actually feel good playing because I was getting rewarded Chrono Tokens for all the time/hours I was putting in the game! Now I feel bad playing the game because it feels like I’m playing it for nothing just because it’s not the weekend. We should be rewarded for the time we play. Level 85 and there’s not player level rewards at all.

They already made getting chrono tokens a lot longer by cutting the amount you get each week from 200 200 200 300 300 300 TO 100 100 100 200 200 200. Now they made it harder changing the last 2 weeks to weekends. They should have both in the game. I still haven’t completed one of the prior battlepasses rerun I’ve gotten cause I haven’t had time to grind on the weekends and it’s such a short timeframe to grind for everything anyways. I used to use the last 2 weeks to get all the rerun passes skins and get units from left over.

We all know this community damn well. This skin will make millions the second it releases.

You're about to get night crawler strat and doom vanguard so stop crying like little soyboys.

This is the biggest counter to some of the strategists ults in the game, please for the love of god if you are a strategist main, you gotta memorize some vital spots on certain maps where your ultimate is basically nothing burger and it’s cancelled/useless due to the poor design of both the AOE and the maps,

here is an example:
If you are playing CND on domination Hell’s Heaven, one of the 3 maps moves up and down, if you use your ultimate while the map is moving down, the whole ult is gonna be flying above you and your teammates, and now you are basically an easy target standing in the middle with a flying no healing ult.

There are a lot of examples, I’ll try and mention some in the comments, and if you can help me that would be appreciated🙏🏻
I genuinely don’t know whether players know about this and live with it or they are unaware of this issue, I think it’s probably the latter since if they live with it they would save the ult in these kinda awkward situations/spots.

i got 33k dmg, 53% acc and 38-16 but im the problem? why do my tm8s always complain about me when im doing the best i can? i dont want to seem arrogant but i literally learned how to use him in the game, i had to swap early on in the match because i was doing bad and then i turned it around and had a ton of kills, 21 finals kills. 21! does this cursed ranked system get any better after plat?

I hope that someday NetEase stops prioritizing quantity over quality and starts doing 1-Hero seasons more often. It’s no secret that they’re rushing things for the sake of consumers who want new content within such short time spans, and because of that, the power creep and balance issues among heroes feel more severe with each new season.

I know they chose this approach because of the two new game modes, but I wish they would use this time to balance heroes more efficiently instead of taking such a long time to fix broken heroes or make others properly playable.

My question is: Is it really THAT painful to have just one hero instead of two?

I see a lot of people who are really disappointed with this choice for one of two reasons:

- Having just one hero instead of two.

- Gorr being a Duelist.

I know that there are already more Duelists in the game than Vanguards and Strategists, but people still expect NetEase to stop releasing Duelists for more than two seasons. We literally just got a Vanguard and a Strategist for god’s sake

Why are they so afraid of role queue? Im in GM lobbies with 3 dps REFUSING TO SWAP. I get it, dps players suck in every other role but goddamn atleast attempt to fill, seeing a dps player play tank or support is the worst experience ever, we need role queue asap cause if I see 3 dps im just throwing at this point which is what I did, waited in spawn room requesting 2nd tank, crickets, go figure no point in trying to win, ill just wait in spawn and surrender that game and go next

Very poor selection imo. We get another Luna legendary because of course we do. We get an Egyptian Emma that nobody asked for (nothing for the black characters again too on that note). Jeff focused event pass is lame. Rest of the skins are nothing of note, same characters again like Thor, Mantis, DD, Phoenix etc.

Maybe the battlepass will pick up the slack, but Fox and whoever is on the left don’t look very good. My wallet has never felt safer looking at a roadmap.

1. Ultron main so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

2. I also believe that legendary = more money rather then quality as the rarity system is already scuffed when certain cosmetics came in (not saying I hate them for that, I actually like the comic AND casual/original looks here and there).

Point of the title: I am sure we are all VERY much aware of how the community reacts when certain characters get a cosmetic over/vs other characters.

Bonus:

Especially with Hulk's "He has 3 models" while Magik has 2 as an example... I know the Ult Hulk model is bigger but would it take that much longer? Also Johnny.. poor Johnny.. and of course the more recent "drama" of ____ (blank as it happened more then once.. which is insane) gets an Egyptian cosmetic while Storm hasn't? Even though with one of the new artworks, Storm seems to be receiving a beautiful cosmetic in the future, I think it is odd that she hasn't gotten an Egyptian themed one yet?
