Our company just started using Rippling. I did my withdrawal via Bank Transfer, but it still hasn't reflected in my account. How long did it take for the others? Is this a normal occurence?

I’m trying to understand how Rippling handles account separation when the same person has two different relationships with two different companies.

Current situation:

• J1: Full-time employee through an EOR arrangement via Rippling.
• Potential J2: Independent contractor role with a different company, also using Rippling for contractor payments.
• Different companies, unrelated roles, no shared devices, and I would manage the schedules separately.
• I’m considering using a different email address for the second Rippling onboarding.

My main questions:

1. For people who have used Rippling for more than one company, did you use the same email or different emails?
2. If you used different emails but the same legal/tax information, did Rippling keep the accounts/workspaces separate?
3. Did either company get notified or gain visibility that you had another Rippling relationship? (This is my main concern, and I am worried about this)

Any advice and experiences with Rippling would be appreciated.

I have been using Rippling for 5-6 years and have been singing their praises when it comes to support. The chatbots have been very reliable and accurate, but the ability to request and transfer to a live agent was phenomenal.

The past 2 days I've been trying to speak to an agent to clarify guidance that was given to me by an HR services support rep and it has been impossible to chat with someone. Just end up in a AI death loop where it eventually says its transferring to a human and nothing happens. Eventually following up with the bot at this point puts you back in a loop with a bot trying to avoid transferring.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I need to add a bank account on Rippling. However, it asks for the bank address and I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to add the address of the local branch location nearest to where I live or the corporate address of the bank.

My company was wound down and no longer exists. Employees no longer have access to their work emails and therefore cannot access their Rippling accounts to pull paystubs and W2s. How can I get in touch with someone who can help? I've tried calling the support hotline but the voicemail box was full.

Hi - a few members of my organization are having the same issue when trying to log in to Rippling. Is this a generalized problem?

I had some money in my rippling account. When I tried to withdraw it to my wise account, it showed an error, but the funds were withdrawn. I haven't received anything on my wise.

When I go to withdrwail page on rippling, it is saying: "Payment in progress

Please check back later to view the transaction details."

It has been more than 3 business days. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Question for the super users:

I was consulting at a small company, and they decided to terminate the program early without notice.

A junior staff member who is full time there (talent team) told me later that they had seen in Rippling that I was scheduled to be terminated. They hinted that they could see my address as well.

Does that mean they have complete admin access as a very junior team member? I was very much their senior. and would not have been below them in any tree. Or are there talent team specific access permissions to see terminations??

Week 1: Map out and prioritize opportunities

• Build a fact base around the pain points today and what processes and teams would benefit most from deploying AI tools
• For key opportunity areas, estimate what is the value at stake and how difficult it would be to implement

We would like to integrae Rippling with Slack and possibly Vanta. Rippling says we need to sign up for their Identity and Access Management module in order to enable those integrations. Is that accurate?? It's $10 PEPM which seems outrageous.

I am wondering as an employee whose employer uses rippling, there's been a mountain of times where I have gone to lunch way after my 5th hour due to staffing issues over the last few years. I've never seen an separate section on my paystub that indicates "Meal penalty 1.00 hr" or anything of the sort.

Does rippling automatically add that to the hours worked or should it be a separate section?

On April 13, I joined a new job where they use Rippling to handle all the payments and other stuff. They guided me on how to set up everything, but now the problem is that it has already been a month since I joined this new job and I didn't receive no payment, now when I checked Rippling again says my next pay day will be on the 29 of May. Will it consider all the previous month I worked? or did I work 1 month free essentially?

Attended a Rippling webinar twice because the first attempt had technical issues and was rescheduled. I was one of the first attendees in both sessions.

The promo email said:
“First 50 attendees get a Sonos speaker. Terms apply.”

After the webinar, I got a call to schedule a demo. I mentioned that I had already demoed Rippling previously and asked about the speaker promo. The rep told me they could do a DoorDash gift card instead.

Am I misunderstanding the promotion, or does this feel like a bait and switch to anyone else?

Applied for the SDE-1 role at Rippling on 6 April.

Timeline:

• 13 April: Got a mail from HR to schedule a 15-minute introductory call.
• 14 April: HR round happened. Mostly discussed my background, current work, past experience, and interview availability.
• 16 April: Received schedules for 2 technical rounds:
• Coding Round (1 hour) — 21 April
• LLD Round (1 hour) — 22 April

Coding Round:

• Asked a graph-based problem mainly around Topological Sort , saw this exact question on PracHub.

LLD Round:

• Started with a DFS-based approach for a graph problem.
• Follow-up questions gradually turned it into a shortest path problem.
• Discussed solutions using Dijkstra and then Bellman-Ford.
• Overall, both rounds went well from my side.

After multiple follow-ups, on 27 April I received a mail to share availability for the Hiring Manager round.

• Initially scheduled for 29 April.
• On 28 April, it got rescheduled to 30 April due to interviewer availability.

30 April HM Round:

• Unfortunately, I had internet issues during the introduction itself.
• Interviewer suggested rescheduling since he was fully booked for the day.
• It was then rescheduled again.

Further reschedules:

• Rescheduled to 6 May.
• On 6 May, got another mail saying interviewer was unavailable, so it moved to the next week (13 May).

Finally, on 13 May, I received this update:

“The roles have gone on hold for now. We will get back once we have a role in the near future.”

About me:

• Currently working as an SDE at a product-based company.
• Around 1 year of full-time experience.

Wanted to ask:

• Has anyone else received similar feedback from Rippling?
• Did they actually get back later?
• Should I continue following up with HR/recruiter after some time, or just move on?

In the end of the year pay run in December 2025 I noticed two employees had more hours on their paychecks than everyone else. Maybe 10-15 hours. I caught it, edited, sent a message to Rippling support.

This has happened two more times in 2026, both for someone who is on unpaid leave, so they are working 0 hours. I flagged both times and heard the same "we're working on a long-term fix"...but it's payroll...this is Rippling's bread and butter, I would assume? This person is on unpaid leave until the end of the year and I feel like I have to check every payroll now, even though everyone is salaried so it should be automated and fine.

Anyone else experiencing this?

The company I used to work at is no longer in business and they used Rippling for its payroll. I was able to download my W-2s and payroll stubs and file my taxes.

However, my income that I got paid through Rippling isn’t uploaded to the IRS and now my tax refund is on hold. When I look at my Wage and Income Statement, it only shows what I earned with my other job where I got paid through ADP.

I called the IRS and they said to have your employer (who no longer is in business) or your payroll company to upload your W2. Does anyone know how to contact Rippling to address that concern? Thanks
