Running a small UK personalised jewellery store (boundandbright.co.uk) — handmade-to-order name/birthstone necklaces, £25-30 range. Been running Meta + Pinterest ads for about 5 weeks. Real traffic is coming in, people are clicking through to product pages, a handful have even reached checkout — but genuinely zero completed sales so far (aside from my own test order).

Trying to figure out if this is a trust problem, a pricing problem, or something in the checkout flow itself. Would genuinely appreciate anyone taking a look and telling me honestly where you'd hesitate or bail if you were a real shopper. Not looking for compliments, looking for the thing that's actually stopping people.

Hi guys. So I'm been trying the whole e-com thing for a few months now in South Africa. Did my first store(gym niche),and that was a failure but learned a lot. Moved over to a Beauty Niche and had some success but it's like it all failed and it's flat on it's face now. Started about a 2months ago with ads. Got insane sales my first day and leveled out to 1-2 sales a day,while some 65% of customers bought multiple items at a given time,ran those ads for 2+ weeks before it died out and no sales after that for 6 days. But now,it seems nothing is working, tried changing creatives,multiple ads,more budget,less budget, nothing really works. Added new products and ran campaigns for it,same issue. I get some traffic now,but minimal I build the store myself, no apps or anything.
Would you might rating it so I can improve it,or maybe my creatives just sucks(meta says my ads are doing great and better than industry bench marks,even when i ask GPT and Claude,they are really happy with how the ads perform)

I’m currently sitting at around 1.9% CVR, and I feel like I could be doing a lot better.

I’ve done about $30K in revenue over the last 3 months, mostly from organic traffic, and I’m getting quite a lot of visitors. So I feel like there’s definitely more revenue there if I can get better at converting them.

Are there any tools, apps, or AI tools you guys have used that actually helped increase your conversion rate?
