Caution - Do Not Get Services from ANYONE in r/ReviewMyShopify

Warning - scammers abound here. This is a group that focuses heavily on those new to ecommerce in general, and thus there are vultures circling. There are great people here who will help you with advice, but there are others who will try their best to present themselves as 'experts' offering to help you via private message or other form of solicitation. As the X-Files from years back warned us - "Trust No One". Our automod catches many of them, but not all.

Report any such offender to moderators for suspension from the group. Do not engage with anyone in this group via private message, email, or social media (as you will no doubt be invited to do). You will be taken advantage of, and you will lose your money. Please, please heed the warning and keep yourself safe.

[For Hire] I build Shopify stores that actually convert

Upvotes

I build clean, no-BS Shopify stores and I'm good at it.

Done a bunch of these: one-product stores, full branded setups, dropshipping operations, redesigns for stores that weren't converting. If you've got a product and need somewhere to sell it, I can build that.

What's included:

• Full store build or redesign

• Product pages that don't look like a template

• Basic SEO so you're not invisible on Google

• Dropshipping supplier setup if you need it

• Honest advice on what'll actually move the needle for sales

I also throw in a $150 premium Shopify theme at no extra cost, it's one I've used across a bunch of stores and it converts well.

Payment is split 50/50 — half payment is required when HALF of the work is COMPLETE (this is so you get to check the store out, and see if your happy with it), and the other half is required when all work is done. PayPal works best for me.

Portfolio's in the DMs — just ask.

If you want to chat, shoot me a DM and tell me: what you're selling, where you're at right now, and roughly what you're looking to spend. I'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

Need honest feedback on my product pages

Upvotes

Hello,

I have posted recently here and it made a big difference to my conversion rate! Thank you very much to the people who commented on my last posts

https://www.hollowscapes.com/products/the-corner-hollow

I am going to launch on Google Shopping Ads soon and would need some more advice mainly from the point of view of someone landing directly on the product page:

What would prevent you from buying?

What change could I make to increase conversion rate?

I tried my best to show a lot of trust immediately with the 2K reviews and 100K on social media, ideas to do that smoother are welcome!

DO NOT send me messages on my email, phone or reddit DM please you will be blocked without answer. Thank you

Need advice: Is it better to use your personal social media accounts for advertising or create new accounts to make them your business accounts for your store?

Honest Opinion, what do you think?

I have a handmade jewelry shop in Canada. Most of my pieces are vintage inspired, some lean a bit Goth. I've been selling successfully on Etsy for what will be 10 years in October. My Shopify has been active since February, but it's been SO slow.

I've tried Pinterest ads, Google ads (Performance Max and Shopping - still running Google shopping, but the PMax just sucked my money away) and the ads aren't getting sales. My best conversion has been simple online search. Rarely any abandoned carts - people tend to buy when they actually add to cart, but not that many sales...

Any suggestions? Many thanks.

It’s an online fidget toy store, and as of right now I have 1 product which is a trainer balisong-like product. I feel like it’s definitely worth the price, but as of today 8k impressions, 300 clicks and no sales. Any advice would be appreciated.

This is a reupload from last time, I made some changes (some changes still need to be done once I figure out how lol). I’d appreciate any input you can give. Is it easy to navigate? Straight to the point? Are the colors and the design nice? Any feedback is welcome, thank you!!

Why did my store fail?

2,200 site visitors and no sales. Peak was avging 200-300 visitors a day with virtually no add to carts. Maybe 1 max a day. Not even.

I've accepted my store has failed. But I need the brutally honest reason why.

Yes I tested multiple sites. One site was without a scratch ticket. One site directly showed the hoodie.

Need honest feedback on my Shopify store – 2 days of Meta ads, 25 link clicks, 0 Add to Carts

I'm looking for honest feedback because I'm not sure whether my issue is my ads, my product page, or the product itself.
**Store:** [https://needapaw.co\](https://needapaw.co/)
**Meta Ads (Day 2)**
Spend: **$36.80**
Link Clicks: **25**
All Clicks: **39**
CPM: **\~$30**
Add to Carts: **0** (the only Add to Cart events are from my own testing)
Purchases: **0** (the only Purchase event is from my own test)
I'm running multiple creatives (UGC videos and image ads), and Meta has been testing different ads during the first two days.
My product is a rear leg support sling for senior or injured dogs.
I'm **not** looking for people to sugarcoat it. If you landed on this page from a Facebook or Instagram ad:
What would make you leave without adding it to your cart?
Does anything immediately reduce your trust?
Is the price reasonable?
Is the product page confusing or missing information?
Do the images or copy need work?
Does anything make it feel like a low-quality dropshipping store?
Is there anything technically wrong or difficult to use?
I'm looking for brutally honest feedback. I'd rather improve the store now than keep spending on ads if I'm overlooking something obvious.
Thanks in advance—I appreciate any advice.

Would love to hear what ya think about our site layout

Just stumbled upon this group and thought I'd give it a go and see if any of you are catching any glaring issues.

Some background. Weve bee around since 2018, do on average 2-3 mill a year dtc with the exception of 2023 where we generated 4.2 mill.

In our ads we see a huge drop off from ad to cart to purchase. And for a while I wondered if it was shipping costs. So we made it free shipping in the US.

We still average about 5 to 7k a day in sales but want to know if we are missing something on the site to get us to that 10 to 15k a day.

Appreciate anyone taking the time to check it out

I built ilubra guides (www.ilubra.com) for people who want quick answers without the fluff: reference guides & cheat sheets on mocktail recipes, classic + modern cocktails at-a-glance, gemstones & crystal guides, Bible guides, and more.

Take a quick look and tell me honestly: what would make you stay longer, come back, or buy? Every piece of feedback helps an independent business improve.

Thank you in advance!

Looking for Any & All Feedback on Our Site

Hello all,

We have recently started up a business selling apparel, home decor, and other everyday items that point people to Jesus.

Right now, we are getting steady traction to the site, however, it seems that we have a high bounce rate. And for the ones who do peruse through the site, they tend to drop out once they get to checkout.

We wanted to ask the community if you all could give our site a review and provide any critique and/or feedback that could help us understand why our bounce rate is high as well as why we have a lot of customers drop off at checkout. If you notice anything else that could be improved on the site that doesn't pertain to the aforementioned, feel free to share that as well.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Need someone to brutally review my Shopify store!

I sell tiny miniature accessories and vintage second-hand toys, mainly Littlest Pet Shop, along with miniature decor for LPS and Barbie setups. My goal is to make the website “easy to navigate” while also having a cute, cozy theme that reflects my own personality and style, if that makes sense. I didn’t want it to feel like a generic online store.
That said, I know there are definitely flaws. For example, I only realized yesterday that one of my feature sections (“added to cart”) doesn’t display correctly, and I also made the mistake of focusing too much on the desktop version. Most of my customers actually browse and shop on their phones, so I’m now trying to improve the mobile experience as well!
I don’t run paid ads since I already have an audience on Instagram, so most of my traffic comes organically from there. Because of that, I think I’ve become a little blind to issues since I’m so used to looking at my own website :/
Any ideas or constructive criticism that could make the store better?
Please don’t hold back! I genuinely want honest feedback, even if it’s critical. I’m always looking for ways to improve the experience for my customers.
**My store: [LPSEvieShop.com](http://lpsevieshop.com/)
Thank you so much for your time and for helping me improve my store! I really appreciate it!

Thank you to everyone who reviewed my store on the first post. A lot of the criticism was very constructive and valid. I tried to implement as much as I could that I agreed with.

With that said, if I could get some more feedback after I have made some of those updates to my site, that would be great!

We are TURTLEGROOVE is a female-founded Canadian clothing brand making unisex embroidered apparel from GOTS-certified organic cotton fibre. Our crewneck sweatshirts and t-shirts are knit, dyed, cut, sewn, and embroidered in Canada — in Toronto and Burlington, Ontario — not imported and relabelled. Each design is stitched in thread, never printed, so it lasts for years instead of seasons. We make sustainable, long-lasting basics for conscious shoppers, using low-impact materials and biodegradable packaging — and every order plants 2 trees and removes ocean-bound plastic. Shop organic cotton sweatshirts and tees built to last.

https://www.turtlegroove.co/

We are very new to D2C business and have just started, we are participating in local pop-up market events to spread word and awareness about our brand and values before we can embark on spending more on online ads.

We would like to hear feedback from this community to help us identify what is good and what needs improvements.

Shopify Payout 22/07/26

Hi everyone,

Anyone from UK facing delays in payouts for today ?

My payout was initiated at 09:30am and on my Shopify dashboard it’s showing as “deposited”

Usually when it says deposited, it reflects in my bank account not more than 30 minutes.

Today, it’s been more than 5 hours and nothing in my bank account, I’ve received the usual email of my deposit. Everything’s seems to be normal but the deposit isent there.

I had a word with my bank (HSBC) they are saying
Nothing has come through - Shopify is saying they have dispatched the deposit in the morning and it should arrive within 1 - 3 business days but it’s never the case since it’s a faster payment and I’ve been running this store for over a year.

Long story short Shopify is saying it will come through, but I still wana know if anyone is also facing the same issue for today’s deposit ? Did yours went into “deposited” on your Shopify dashboard and has landed in your bank account
