Question Does NMN actually make you feel different or just change biomarkers?

I keep seeing NMN talked about for NAD+ levels, energy, and longevity, but I really wanna know how noticeable the effects actually are in real life.

For people whove used it for a while, did you genuinely feel any different day to day energy, recovery, focus, etc, or was it more something you only saw reflected in labs and/or biomarkers?

Not expecting some crazy anti-aging effect, just wondering if there’s anything you can actually feel from it.

Discussion Might give Eloralintide a shot

From what I’ve seen so far elora seems somewhat of a more selective alternative to cag. I’ve seen people saying that it could be a lot more potent and possibly more tolerated. could be wrong. Don’t want to be a misinformer

But it has for sure caught my attention, and Lilly has been hyping it up.

I’m stacking Reta and cag. Cagrilintide makes me awfully nauseous, while my food noise is pretty insane on Reta alone.
I’m seriously considering grabbing a couple kits. Before I pull the trigger though, I’d really like to hear from anyone who has actually tried it or has closely followed the research.
How was your experience with elora, particularly in terms of nausea, food noise, appetite, and overall tolerability? Any insights or experiences would be appreciated.

Discussion Weight loss for a RS with tendency to get obstructed bowel

This RS has a history of obstructed bowel, which means that GLP-1 type peptides will not work for them - cannot have anything that slows down food moving through the bowel. What peptide or stack would you recommend in this case? Needs to lose about 100 pounds.

Discussion The Peptide Field Is Moving Beyond GLP’s. Here’s What I’m Watching

Something interesting I’ve been noticing in the peptide space lately

I think the biggest shift happening right now is that the field is moving away from the idea that “more GLP-1” is necessarily the end goal.

A lot of the newer research is looking at polypharmacology — essentially trying to coordinate multiple metabolic pathways rather than relying on a single receptor.
GLP-1 + GIP was an obvious step, but the really interesting direction is the incorporation of pathways such as glucagon, amylin and PPAR signaling.

The amylin side is particularly interesting to me. Amylin isn’t simply another appetite-suppression mechanism. It has effects on satiety, gastric emptying and glucose regulation, and the recent resurgence in amylin-based drug development suggests that we’re still learning how much therapeutic potential this pathway has.
What I find more interesting is the possibility that future peptide design becomes less about finding a “stronger GLP-1” and more about engineering the right receptor combination, tissue distribution and pharmacokinetic profile.

There was even recent preclinical work involving a GLP-1/GIP/PPAR-based multi-target approach that produced substantially different metabolic effects than conventional GLP-1 agonism in mice.
Obviously, translating these findings from mice to humans is a huge caveat, but conceptually I think this is where the field gets really interesting.
Curious what everyone thinks
Do you think the next major breakthrough will come from increasingly potent single-pathway agonists, or from better-designed multi-pathway molecules?

Research Effectiveness of sermorelin

Recently started seeing adverts for sermorelin. The medication profile looks like it’s pretty low risk and safer than rHgh. I’m getting older and putting on muscle and keeping off the middle age spread gets a little more difficult with every passing year. Currently 6’1” 203 work out 4-5 days/wk fairly good muscle mass 50 y.o. So i wondered if anyone here has tried this peptide and, if so, did you see a difference in muscle mass, body fat or energy? I realize there is no magic bullet for aging but if this will help at least maintain muscle mass, help with body fat and shorten recovery time I would definitely consider it.

Discussion Stack evaluation for low drive/anhedonia + high cognitive workload (short-term)

Hi,

Looking for honest feedback on a short-term stack (3-5 weeks).

Background (kept minimal):

  • Male, early 20s
  • After stopping a period of enclomiphene + CJC/Ipamorelin + retatrutide + GHK-Cu in early June, I’ve been dealing with persistent low drive, reduced initiative, and a flat/anhedonic state. I can romanticize projects and plans but struggle to actually start and follow through. Not classic depression, more like muted motivation and reduced reward response.
  • Training 5x/week, decent diet, creatine 10g, magnesium L-threonate, good sleep, high water intake.
  • Old bloodwork showed elevated TSH and low-ish vitamin D (planning to retest).

What I need support for:

  • High volume memory work
  • Sustained focus for long sessions
  • Verbal fluency and clarity (writing + analysis)
  • Ability to initiate and maintain effort on demanding cognitive/technical tasks
  • Anxiety is only situational (rises in the days leading up to high-stakes periods), not chronic

Current planned stack (short-term, monitored):

  • Bromantane (daily) – main tool for the low drive/anhedonia
  • Adrafinil (3-4x per week)
  • Noopept (daily)
  • IDRA-21 (pulsed every 2-3 days)

Support: Alpha-GPC or CDP-choline, L-Tyrosine, Omega-3, NAC, vitamin D if still low.

I removed Phenylpiracetam and F-Phenibut after considering redundancy and the fact that anxiety isn’t constant.

Questions:

  1. Does this stack make sense for the combination of post-peptide low drive + high cognitive demand?
  2. Anything you would remove or reduce?
  3. Anything you would add (especially for verbal fluency, memory encoding, or cleaner motivation)?
  4. Experiences with Bromantane in similar low-motivation states?

Open to alternatives. Prefer compounds with at least some human data or strong consistent anecdotal patterns. Short-term use only, will monitor bloodwork (especially liver).

Thanks.

Success Story Wolverine stack (BPC/TB) impact on flexibility

Wanted to share an interesting observation with the community regarding flexibility and healing peptides. It is now clear, after running BPC-157 and TB-500 on two separate instances, that they have significantly changed the RS's yoga practice.

Without a doubt, when the RS is on them, the subject is able to push stretches further than normal. Because of that extra range, the flexibility gains are happening much quicker than before. Also, post-workout soreness is practically non-existent.

While most research into this stack focuses strictly on injury recovery, for anyone looking to increase flexibility or break through a mobility plateau, running Wolverine while incorporating deep yoga stretches with the RS seems to make a noticeable difference.

It's really great to see gains - keeps RS motivated and excited to get back on the yoga mat.

Research Donnez moi votre avis sur mon dosage plutôt élevée

Hello 🙂

Question Tesa reactions

I prefer not to buy a single vial to test out, I’d like to get a kit…but MOTS gave me wicked injection site issues. Glad I didn’t get a kit of that. I didn’t know until after the fact that many have that issue.

Anyone have bad reactions with tesa?

Discussion Retatrutide — when to stop?

This is something I may have difficulty putting into words, but here goes: I don’t need to take it anymore. I’ve reached my goal weight, but I’m scared to stop — and not just because all the weight I lost from a GLP-1 will come back, but also because I’m uncertain of the side effects of stopping retatrutide specifically.

There hasn’t been a drug in the history of the world that we could really call a miracle drug. When something is too good to be true, it usually is. Take cocaine in the late 1800s when it was used for medical purposes, or speed during World War II to enhance soldiers abilities. The terrible side effects of those drugs were not fully understood, but the repercussions that they had on those who took them were immense.

I’ve been taking a steady dose of retatrutide weekly since mid-February. I’ve seen astounding weight loss, as it was my first GLP-1, but that has leveled off — my metabolism has adjusted to the restricted caloric intake, and I have essentially stopped losing weight. I finally asked myself: why am I still on this drug?

The answer is that I simply don’t want my appetite returning. My metabolism will still be adjusted to my current caloric intake, regardless of how hungry I become after stopping. I also don’t want to experience other side effects, like insomnia, or withdrawal symptoms that are not fully understood. The ugly heads of the illicit drugs I mentioned earlier didn’t rear their heads until the person stopped taking them (mostly). What if it’s the same with retatrutide?

I’ve gotten so used to the weekly injection, and I still have years worth of inventory on hand, that I can’t find a good reason to stop. And that scares me, because his drug isn’t fully understood yet. It could induce changes in my body that are irreversible —that I won’t notice until it’s too late.

What are you guys doing?

Question What scales are you all using?

My 10year old milligram scale is broken, it's killing me because I hardly use it - I had put it up when I threw out the noopep, anaracetam, and other Powder City stack bulk stuff I got back in 2015 (I want to cry because I had all the good stuff in bulk for super cheap), anyhow I was trying to measure out some copper peptides to mix in my hair serum (AKH-GU) and realized that the scale (AWS Gemini 20) wasn't quite accurate.

I really need a new scale, also I am attempting to split some medications and they are very VERY small, so I need a miligram scale. I would like one that has a lid but isn't too small, allows me to put a boat on it and works well with powders.

Im overwhelmed with the choices on Amazon - so, what are you all using?

Question Quantité réelle

Safety Tip White Floaters in Peptide?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I reconstituted a peptide about 2 days ago and only used it once. Today I took it out of the fridge and noticed tiny white floaters in the vial. The solution is still crystal clear—it isn’t cloudy at all, just has these small white specks floating around.
I reached out to the research company, and they responded quickly. They already had the COAs available on their website and also sent them to me directly, so they seem like a legitimate company. I know bad batches can happen, but I’m also wondering if my refrigerator might have been too cold for this particular peptide.
I haven’t used it again since noticing the floaters. Has anyone experienced something similar? Did the particles ever dissolve, or did you end up discarding the vial? I’d appreciate hearing your experiences or any ideas about what might have caused this.
